Obama could take a few lessons from Reagan.

He likes to quote Reagan and he likes to try and compare himself to the Great Communicator. But let me tell you, Barak. You're no Ronald Reagan.

Reagan viewed America as the last great hope on earth. A land where we work hard and prosper.

Obama views America as the last opportunity to secure for himself a nice retirement. A land where those who work hard will be taxed and everyone else can freely obtain welfare. Soup kitchens are operating at maximum capacity. 401K's are being drained.

Reagan felt a strong military is the single best way to achieve peace.

Obama sees the military as only good to provide himself a golf course on the weekends. They're the ones that operate Air Force One and that's all he cares about. He sees their paychecks as bargaining chips and uses threatens to take them away if he doesn't get his way.

Reagan challenged Communism and Socialism. He never blinked when staring Gorbachev in the eye.

Obama embraces socialism. He is incrementally bringing it into America using Keynesian economics. His massive growths on the welfare and foodstamp rolls is pushing us evermore closer to the brink of socialism. He has already been endorsed by Communist Party USA. He embraces Red China, even celebrating the Chinese Communist Revolution and flying the Communist flag over the White House.

Reagan worked to shrink government, recognizing that the smaller the government, the larger the freedoms. He recognized that Government and Personal Freedoms do not co-exist.

Obama has reduced personal freedoms so much that there are many former Eastern European Soviet-bloc nations now considered more free than the United States. His overreaching health care overhaul is one of the single biggest killers of freedom and we haven't even seen the tip of the iceberg yet.

Reagan was proud to have passed on a legacy to our children of a nation built on freedom.

Obama is passing on to our children and grandchildren a debt burden so high that no one can see the end of the burden. Our nation is being propped up by Communist China. Obama refuses to really tackle China's artificially lower monetary value policy. Obama doesn't even understand what this means on the global scene and how it affects trade.

If he had spent a little less time as editor of Harvard Law Review and a little more time in Micro- and Macro-economics, he might understand things better.

Why are they so mad?

Normally, I would be upset at Harry Reid and Joe Biden for their disparaging remarks about the grass-roots political movement known as the Tea Party.

And though I'm not happy with it, I'm not angry.

The remarks by the two liberal socialist politburo simply shows that the Tea Party works, is strong and getting stronger and is effective.

Of course, Harry Reid hates us because for the first time in his political career, he literally had to fight for his life. He never won by such a small margin before.

As Tea Party members, we are used to the piling on since our birth. We've even gotten from some in the Republican Party. Liberal Republican John McCain even went so far as to call us 'hobits'.

How did we deserve this name-calling from the party that called for a kinder tone in wake of the senseless shootings in Arizona of Gabrielle Giffords and several staff members?

We won. We didn't get what we wanted in the debt deal but we denied Obama a clear cut victory. He is now under fire from some of his staunchest supporters in the far left liberal party.

Instead of denigrating a large section of average Americans, you would think that a president so worried about his reelection prospects would realize that we mean business and will not take overbearing taxes and watch our tax dollars get squandered on a socialist agenda.

Are We Better Off?

Unemployment is 9.2%. Three percentage points higher than when Obama took office.

The GDP is steadily declining yet the MSM refuses to acknowledge the reccession.

45 million Americans are on welfare. A number never before seen in our nation.

The government is spending more money every day and not getting new jobs for all that spending.

Taxes are being raised and new ones created to partially finance this Keynesian economic strategy of failure.

We have a health care system that is raising the costs of health care rather than lower it. The American people were forced into this without the CSPAN debates we were promised.

Are we better off since Obama took office?

Recently, Obama and a few of his democrat minions have evoked Reagan in their battle to raise the debt ceiling and taxes.

They played a quote of Reagan when he was raising taxes. What they fail to say is this was a compromise bill that raised taxes but was also, ironically, supposed to cut spending.

The Democrats reneged on that deal. They got their tax increases but they failed to cut spending.

What they also refuse to tell you is Reagan was deeply offended and swore of 'making deals with the devil' ever again.

Obama has tried to co-opt the Reagan and Lincoln Presidencies. Obama's policies are more in line with Carter, Stalin and Hitler. Study up on Keynesian economics. Reagan was against anything remotely close to Keynesian economics.

Reagan preferred low unemployment and moderate tax tables to high unemployment, soup kitchens and welfare paid for by economy crushing high taxes.

The more I study the Reagan Presidency, the more I am embarrassed at how we've fallen into a slippery slope of economic despair, welfare, high taxes, no innovation, no employment, a health care system that punishes doctors and hospitals for caring for the sick.

I fear we have let Reagan down.
We have let our future generations down.
We have taken a wrong turn on our rendezvous with destiny.
We have taken our "city on the hill" and turned it into a ghetto full of panhandlers and hustlers.
We have grown our government bigger than the USSR's Kremlin.
We are not the last great hope on earth. We are the worst case scenario of Orson Welles' 1984.
Animal Farm is alive and well in Washington DC.

How can we realign ourselves with the Reagan Revolution?

A Legacy Worth Repeating

I don't a lot of time on YouTube, but today I ran across some Reagan videos.

In this time of debt ceilings and government expansionists, I really long for a Reagan.

I miss his vision of America as the city on a hill. His idea of informed patriotism. His view that the larger a government gets, the more freedoms its people give up.

He refused to reduce America to a welfare state of soup kitchens and substandard living, he believed in an America that prospered and all of its people had jobs and an income and no burdensome taxes.

He knew that a strong America did not mean a larger government, but a strong people. A people that understood the rewards of hard work and no handouts.

Would Reagan look upon our nation today and be proud of what he sees? Would he like to see unemployment at 9.2%? Would he like to know that 45 million Americans are on welfare, a number larger than has ever been before? Would he like to see America's Debt/Income ratio at 5:1? Would he like to see taxes as burdensome as they are and the sitting President invoke his name while trying to raise them more? Would he like to see the old USSR come back to life in the form of the USA?

My wife summed up the current debt debate like this. Obama wants to us to back up a dumptruck full of money to the White House.

In the spirit of the Reagan Revolution, I call upon Speaker John Boehner and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to say NO to raising the debt ceiling. Lower the debt ceiling, reduce spending and the size of government. Curb unrealistic regulation like the Food Safety bill and Dodd-Frank. Defund and repeal Obamacare.

Let us see the greatness of America once again.

What Really Affects the Credit Ratings

All the hype coming out of President Obama's mouth about credit ratings and debt ceilings is enough to confuse even the most astute Washington watchdog.

Except for the TEA Party.

Several lesser known ratings agencies have already lowered America's AAA to AA+ based not on the current debate. But based on the high dent load.

There's more to credit ratings than paying your bills. Another major factor is the Debt/Income Ratio.

Most Americans can only carry one dollar of debt to every four dollars earned, therefore having a D/I of 1:4. America has 14.3 trillion of debt and only about 3 trillion of income. That puts America at nearly 5:1. To make that easier for liberals to understand, America has 5 trillion is debt and for every 1 trillion of income. Since most liberals don't earn enough to pay taxes, they don't care. And the ones that do, knows all the loopholes and usually reduces their tax burdens to about 1/3 what it should be.

If congress succeeds in raising the current debt ceiling and thereby adding more debt, it stands to reason that more ratings agencies will lower the national credit rating even further causing more widespread panic.

The TEA Party Republicans seem to be the only ones smart enough to understand this and stand solid on their grounds. If only Speaker Boehner could understand this concept.

Memorial Day

On this, Memorial Day weekend, we recognize that soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines are in harms way fighting to protect our freedoms and the American way of life.

This is one of the weekends that Americans from all political ideals can come together and honor those that protect and preserve our freedoms.

As we lay our differences aside and remember those that have died an those that are away from their families and putting their lives on the line, let us not forget that freedom is not free and this is the land of the free because of the brave.

The Obama Foreign Policy Failures

Obama has made a mockery of himself on the world stage. He fails to understand the world as it is and wants to make it the world he wants.

His Israel-Palestine policy has been rebuffed by Benjamin Netanyahu and by even the most liberal Jewish group in the US.

Obama wanted to take Israel back to the 1967 borders. The problem is that when those were the borders, Israel was attacked with the sole purpose of annihilating them. Israel did not attack the Palestinians, the Egyptians, the Syrians or the Turks. These countries attacked and with the support of Iraq, Iran and Saudi Arabia. Israel defeated them all decisively.

When a country is attacked and they win the war, they usually gain territory and this is exactly what happened to the Arab nations. They lost.

A President of any real intelligence would never have suggested this lunacy.

Disarm the Palestinians and you have no more war. Disarm the Israelis and you have no more Israel.

Repatriations of British soldiers have taken place through the small Wiltshire town of Wootton Bassett since 2007. In those days the coffins passed unnoticed on their way from RAF Lyneham to the special armed forces department of pathology at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. The high street through Wootton Bassett is part of the only route from the airbase to the M4 motorway.

As time moved on, members of the Royal British Legion found out when the soldiers were being repatriated and began to salute each one. Now every repatriation is attended by friends, relatives and family members and hundreds of others who turn up to pay their respects. It is not an organised event, it just happens.

Wootton Bassett is now the first town in 100 years to have been granted a Royal patronage by Queen Elizabeth in recognition of its efforts to honour the UK’s war dead.

In a matter of months these repatriations through Wootton Bassett will come to an end as RAF Lyneham closes.

Our military has shaken the chains and bonds forced upon it by an administration content with standing idly by and prematurely withdrawing from it's obligations to secure America by securing Afghanistan.

Our soldiers, held largely in contempt by this administration, deserves all the credit. No politician, President or Congressman, deserves the credit as much as our armed uniformed service members.

I'm not used to an America that sits on the sidelines and allows other countries to offer aid to freedom seeking citizens around the globe. America used to be the beacon of freedom, light of hope and land of prosperity. Now we owe China billions, have a consistently high unemployment for the last two years, have gas prices skyrocketing, food prices jumping up, wages staying the same or dripping, seen a death toll in the last two years exceed the previous eight, and a president that has played more golf than Jack Nicklaus ever hoped to.

Obama's America is one in which welfare recipients exceeds 40,000,000, unemployment is equal to 40% of the total economy, our health care system is being taken down a regressive road and called progressive, a food safety bill that benefits a single corporation and raise food prices, ends family farmers markets and give George Soros control of over 90% of our food sources.

Obama's initiatives have been endorsed by Cuba, China and Venezuela. And for good reason, his health care reform is modeled after the socialist systems of these countries.

He has raised taxes on the middle class, lowered them on the rich and eliminated them on his friends. His administration is stacked with people that owe millions to the IRS. This has become such a huge problem that a new law has recently been introduced to make ineligible any person for a cabinet position or other appointed position if they owe over a certain amount. This would have eliminated many czars and even the IRS Commissioner who failed to even file because he couldn't understand the tax code.

I'm not used to an America where the President plays golf while a very strong and valued ally is rocked by earthquakes, tsunamis, and forecasted death tolls of over 10,000 and nuclear disasters pending. His only action is to delay signing deals to build nuclear power here in the US until we see what happens in Japan.

Of course, this is from a man that thinks there are 57 states, referred to the US Marine Corp as Marines Corpse, gave the Queen of England a video iPod fully loaded with his videos of his speeches, returned the bust of Winston Churchill, a gift on loan from our strongest and best allies. And they dare made fun of George Bush's alleged lack of intelligence.

Is your safety threatened under Obamacare?

I am not a union man.

I am a staunch conservative and have little or no love for labor unions.

But I think all health care workers should organize.

Hospitals across this country are taking the effects of Health Care Reform out on their employees.

Hours are being cut and staff are being reduced, increasing workloads to an unsafe level, threatening patient care and safety.

Sterile supplies identified as 'single use only' are being reprocessed and reused on different patients.

Employees who state intent to not participate in reprocessing supplies are bullied and threatened with their jobs for not doing so.

Administrators are interested in profits. As an employee, I am hoping hospitals maximize profit-making as that's how I am paid. But when they want to impress parent companies and increase their bonuses by cutting staff to unsafe levels, forcing staff to be concerned with their household budgets instead of focusing on their jobs, this becomes a serious threat to patients.

One health care worker has had to make cuts at home. After grocery shopping, realizing he had no gas money left to be able to get back and forth to work, had to actually return groceries.

Not to mention he hasn't had his diabetes medicine or anti-hypertensive medicines in over a year!

This is a health care worker not being able to comply with his own doctors orders all the while he is helping doctors carry out orders for patients.

So the next time you go to the hospital, the care takers working to take care of you may not be able to take care of their own health because of financial hardships brought on by Obamacare.

A Cure for Beiber Fever

I would never have thought I'd write a blog post with Justin Beiber's name in it. But he said something stupid that actually warrants it.

Asked if he'd ever consider becoming an American citizen, his response was, " You guys are evil!" He then went on to compare the American health care system to the Canadian health care.

He talked about his bodyguards wife going into labor early while in the US and is now upset that his bodyguard owes money. He said if they were in Canada that they could have stayed in the hospital for as long as needed and not owed a dime after leaving.

This claim needs to be tempered with the fact that in Canada, everyone pays for healthcare. Taxes are very high. Some as high as 85%. You also failed to take into account that quality of care is by far better here than in Canada.

Another factor is that most innovations and medicines in Canadian health care comes from the US developed on the back of each American patient that paid their bills and prescription costs because we don't get a discount. By law, an American drug company had to sell medicines at a large discount. So all the R&D costs are borne by American patients for the benefit of Canadian patients.

You depend on our "evil" health care system more than you realize, Beiber. Beiber fever has a cure and it's developed right here in American hospitals and laboratories.

The Domestic Failures: A Brief Look

• Obama's current 2012 budget proposal increases taxes for Americans.
• There are cuts to certain government programs like Pell Grants.
• There are major increases to others like entitlements, education and raising interest rates on student loans.
• Overall, Obama did not cut the federal budget like he promised at his recent State of the Union. Instead, he will add to the federal debt.
• The federal debt now equals the entire economy of the US.
• A report today shows that the costs of clothing will increase by 10%.
• Gasoline prices have risen to over $3.00 per gallon.
• Electric car owners are now being assessed a road tax because since they don't buy gas, they don't pay the $0.35 gas tax used by the federal government for distributions to states for highway grants.
• Unemployment is still over 9%.
• Obamacare deemed unconstitutional yet without filing appeals, he continues to force this illegal legislation down Americas throats.
• The Obama Administration has been found in contempt of court over his illegal banning of offshore drilling.
• He flies the Chinese Communist flag over the White House celebrating Mao's birthday and the Communist Revolution.
• He promises to tell Russia everything about Britain's nuclear program without clearing with Americas oldest and best ally in the world.
• He has failed on more trade agreements that he has signed.

Leadership: Passing the Blame

On this weekends edition of Meet The Press, David Gregory tried his hand at asking the tough questions and showing complete disrespect to a duly elected conservative politician.

If only the Main Stream Media could ever take a hard stand against Obama and the liberal machine, they may garner some respect from the average American.

Case in point, the MSM is madly in love with Obamacare. Yet, the CBO has acknowledged that Obamacare will raise the national debt by billions and will cost thousands upon thousands of health care jobs.

But no one in MSM will take Obama, Pelosi and Reid to task on this. No one will challenge them.

Instead, John Boehner gets grilled by David Gregory on whether Boehner takes a stand against the doubts concerning Obama's religion and citizenship.

Obama himself could dispel these doubts but he refuses to do the simple things it takes to do so. Failing to have done so the last two years has shown an extreme lack of leadership and responsibility on Obamas part.

As for the doubts on his religion, the Bible says we will know a persons faith by his actions. Obama has shown a great deal of intolerance for Christians and have given radical islamists a pass. His embracing the Muslim brotherhood in Egypt even as they are currently killing Christians is deplorable and intolerable.

His lack of support for Southern Sudan's vote for independence his very telling, especially when we learn that Southern Sudan is predominately Christian.

Obama only has himself to blame for counters of his birth and faith. Talking heads like David Gregory are defending Obama without basis. There is no solid proof made available as to his place of birth. There is no evidence of his faith other that being a Muslim sympathizer at the very least. Mr. Gregory, if you want leadership on these two subjects, why don't you ask Obama to prove without a doubt his citizenship? Why don't you ask for a copy of the "Long Form" Birth Certificate? Why don't you ask him why he has attended a Christian Church service since Jeremiah Wright was his pastor? Why don't you ask him why all of his thesis and dissertation papers from his university days are scrubbed from the Internet and the only proof we Ben have he attended is other classmates? The leadership failure isn't House Speaker John Boehner's, it's President Barak Hussein Obama's failure.

Although the socialist element in this country is trying so hard to co-opt your ideology, we know you never saw socialism as a solution, but the problem.

It's Criminal

In my opinion, the Obama Administration has seriously flawed foreign relations and may even be criminal.

Case points:
•Refused to get involved when Iranian citizens protested for freedoms and democracy.

•Instead of choosing to support democracy protests, they supported the Muslim Brotherhoods involvement in government. They have steadily betrayed Hosni Mubarak who has ruled for 30 years without serious abuses to human rights. Obviously a full democracy is the best solution we should support and with proper US influence, we could have steered Egypt to that without bloodshed.

•Recent WikiLeaks documents show this administration is now guilty of espionage by agreeing to share Britain's nuclear secrets with Russia.

This should be an impeachable offense.

I would encourage the senate to start impeachment proceedings as soon as possible. Although unlikely since Harry "The Racist" Reid is still in charge in the senate chamber.

Obama's Report Card: Egypt and HCR

The 2010 midterm elections were an indictment on the Obama Administration.

Americans voted for hope and change. Optimism was high. America had just elected her first African-American president.

Al Sharpton admitted when voters elected Obama, they voted FOR socialism.

We saw a health care reform that no one but the President and his party leaders wanted. Not even businesses and unions that fought for it actually wanted it judging by the 722+ waivers issued since its passage.

We got a food safety bill that did nothing for food safety and plenty for Monsalto.

We got minimal tax cuts and had to fight to save the one tax cut that truly was effective.

Now two judges, at least one a federal judge has ruled that health care reform is unconstitutional. I don't see how they could have ruled any other way but these days you just never know.

The first ruling came out of Florida and apparently the judged was persuaded by the individual mandate. Although about 95% of the rest was also unconstitutional, the ruling concerned the mandate. It is also nice to see that the ruling suggested the entire HCR be suspended.

Another ruling was from Virginia. I just heard about it and have no other information. I haven't even been able to verify it with my sources so no comment on that ruling.

If Obama wants to save his presidency from a Carter legacy, he should decisively drop this package and give the Republican House of Reps a chance to swing the bat. He should also not only extend the Bush Tax cuts, he should make them permanent.
He should reverse the passage of the socialist food safety bill. He should take a decisive stand on Egyptians desire for freedom, democracy reform and economic freedoms before the Muslim Brotherhood, a terror organization, completely and successfully co-opts the uprising. They have already strategically embraced Muhammed ElBaradei, a critic of the US, and supposedly will form a unity government. Already word on Arab street is the Egyptian citizens are not completely happy with ElBaradei, so this gives the US a chance still to show the Egyptians we stand with them. They deserve to be free. They deserve to control their own destiny. The deserve a corruption-free electoral process.

They deserve the support of the United States.

Right to Life

I have long wondered where in the Constitution the leftists say allows for abortions.

The Declaration of Independence, the document the colonies used to declare independence from Britain, says we have the "...right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."

It's interesting to also note that the three dots in my above quote represent the phrase, all men are created by the Creator and endowed with certain inalienable rights.

I have read the entire US Constitution. No where have I seen anything that grants rights of abortions.

I've put this challenge out there in many other forums. No one has yet to answer.

Can any of my loyal and intelligent readers guide me to the article, section and/or amendment that grants the rights to abortions?

HCR Puts Patients at Risk

Now I will explain just how this socialist, unconstitutional law is destroying your healthcare and putting your health at risk.

1. Reprocessing- certain supplies were meant to be used on a single patient and then disposed of in a manner to reduce exposure to the general public. For instance, in surgery we use devices called laparoscopic cannulas. These are used with a camera and instruments to perform surgeries like laparoscopic cholecystectomies (gall bladder removals) or appendectomies (removal of diseased appendix). In order to save money, companies are popping up that promises to take these used supplies and clean them for a third of the costs of the same product but new. How is this bad? What if the cannulas aren't properly re-processed and you as a patient gets a cannula used on a hepatitis or HIV/AIDS patient. Now you are at risk of hepatitis or aids. The cannulas are just one example. There are hundreds of medical items intended for single patient, single use that are being reprocessed and reused on more than one patient. This only happened in third world countries.

2. Health Care Providers- Hospitals either aren't hiring, or in the case of those that are, they are hiring less trained and qualified providers because they can pay them less. More doctors are coming from India, Pakistan, or some other third world country to practice medicine. Many pre-med students changed from medical school to just about any other profession. So to fill this vacuum, doctors are being recruited and offered H1B visas to practice medicine in the US.

3. Cutting Benefits- Hospitals are cutting benefits to their employees or forcing them to pay more out if pocket premiums to keep their current plans. These cuts are also met with higher deductibles so now we have health care providers that can't afford health care themselves.

4. Service Cuts- Hospitals are cutting services to eliminate those that do not provide reimbursement in favor of only those that do. This will eventually result in patients having to commute to find the rare MRI or get certain services that improves their quality of life.

It is with great pride I tell you that I am a health care worker. I really love what I do. I only take a paycheck because I have bills. Otherwise, I'd do it for free. I opposed HCR because I am afraid the high quality of care we provide everyday for our patients will no longer be possible. I know there were issues with the system but HCR went way too far and 'fixed' problems that did not exist. Forcing parents to carry their adult children on their insurance until the age of 26 regardless of whether they have a job with insurance or married or in the military is backward and costly. Forcing patients with FSA's to have a prescription for cold medicine before being able to buy OTC cold medicine with their FSA Debit Cards actually increases the costs of health care.

The House of Representatives just passed health care reform repeal. It is critical we expose what HCR is causing hospitals to do in order to cut costs to the senate. This has got to be repealed. It costs us jobs, quality of care and clean, sterile supplies. You are at risk. Hospitals are reprocessing supplies already. Patients are having items intended for single use recleaned and used on them today. Risks are already being taken with your health.

Dr King believed in a non-violent path to healing and improving race relations in this country.

It is our hope that one day, his dream will be fully realized.

Over the years, a lot has changed. But sadly, the dream is still not fully realized.

It is with absolute disgust that I write this blog post.

Rep. Serrano (D-NY) has introduced House Joint Resolution 17 for the purpose of amending the constitution to end Presidential term limits.

This is a blatant attempt to install Barack Obama into office for life. This is a Hugo Chavez style bill. Obama has already ruled by decree. This Resolution, should it pass, is the first step to a tyrannical government much like Chavez's Venezuela or Hitlers Germany.

This is a bill Joseph Stalin would be proud of. The next step is gulags and mass exterminations of peasants and undesirables.

This bill is designed to repeat a history not worthy of repetition.

I encourage you to contact your house and senate delegation and in words that cannot be mistaken for anything else, condemn this bill.

In other times, I would think this bill didn't have a chance. But in today's political climate, you just never know.

Do not take chances. Take action immediately. It was a lack of grassroots action that got us health care reform and a lack of it that almost cost us our Bush Tax Cut Extensions. Don't let this happen again.

History of Assassinations by Left-Wing Radicals

With all the talk about right wing rhetoric leading to the Tucson Massacre, I decided to look into assassinations of Presidents in the US and the political affiliations of the assassins.

Abraham Lincoln - the first US President to be assassinated. Shot by John Wilkes Booth, a radical Southern Democrat that vehemently fought FOR slavery as most democrats had done. It was the official democrat party mission to preserve the institution of slavery at all costs.

James A Garfield - Shot by Charles J. Guiteau. Political affiliation could not be determined. Appears he shot Garfield out of misplaced frustration with his employment status and being denied a meeting with the President.

William McKinley - assassinated by an anarchist named Leon Czolgosz.

John F Kennedy - Assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, a pro-Cuban communist and ultra left wing radical. Kennedy was a moderate democrat. In today's political climate, he would be considered a blue dog democrat, just like Gabrielle Giffords.

There are many attempts and two Presidents died of disease now suspected of being intentionally infected by food contamination.

It is also peculiar that most of the Presidents assassinated were Republican. The lone exception being John F Kennedy.

With the exception of one assassin, they were radical left wing zealots. The one assassin not considered left wing did not assassinate for political reasons. He was distressed and unemployed. After asking for a meeting with President Garfield, he was denied and felt rebuffed and offended.

One attempt was made on George H. W. Bush. In the employ of Saddam Hussein, sixteen men attempted to kill the former President in Kuwait for his intervention in Iraq's invasion and annexation of Kuwait.

Several attempts on George W. Bush were also made. One resembled the same model used to assassinate an Afghan freedom fighter. Assassins posing as reporters attempted to gain access to Bush on 9-11-2001 at 6:00 AM. It was only after the attacks of 9-11 did anyone in the secret service realize the possibility of an attempt modeled after the Ahmed Mahmoud assassination.

There were two threats made on Candidate Obama. One by a trio of white supremacists who were known meth addicts. The cavalier attitude of the men gave their plot away and they had no real chance of carrying it out. They planned to commit the act in Denver at the DNC. Another plot in Tennessee was also part of a larger plot to kill more African Americans.

The DogWalksMan blog abhors the violent acts committed yesterday that left Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords critically wounded and six people dead, including a 9 year old girl and a federal judge.

DWM equally abhors the rhetoric and rush to judgement by left wing blogs and news agencies.

As much as these bloggers and news sources wanted to place blame on Sara Palin, the Tea Party as well as talk radio, the alleged gunman is actually a far left wing extremist with severe mental instability.

Last I heard, Mrs Palin is in Alaska and not in Arizona.

The Tea Party is not a political organization with a particular political ideology. It is a grassroots movement interested in returning the federal government to its Constitutional limits and believes these goals can be accomplish with debate and legislative actions.

Gabby Giffords is a moderate Democrat that espouses several beliefs and ideologies the Tea Party supports. Rep. Giffords would be considered a friend by the Tea Party in the Democratic Caucus.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Rep. Giffords, the families of the deceased and the recovering victims. It is our hope that justice is swift, firm and decisive in this matter.

Jared Lee Loughner may have had an accomplice and we also hope that if he did, that person will also be caught and stand for his role in this most heinous act.

Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) was shot today in Arizona.
Although her condition is critical, doctors are hopeful for her recovery.

A 22 year old Jared Laughner is being held for the shooting. So far, five people are known to have died including a 9 year old girl and a federal judge.

Laughner appears to be a communist, socialist and upset about the state of education and monetary policy. His ramblings, riddled with bad grammar, bad spelling and poor sentence structure underscores his dismay in the educational system.

At DWM, we counted Rep. Giffords as a friend of the unborn, the second amendment and of stronger border security. She is considered a moderate, blue dog democrat.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family and the other victims and their families.

Is Liberalism a Mental Disease?

I have reached a conclusion. First, my disclaimer. I am not, nor gave I consulted with mental health professionals, behavior analysts or any other medical professional.

The conclusions I've reached and about to detail are from my personal observations.

I have concluded that many on the left are infected with a condition in which they have unrealistic and undeserving grandiose outlook concerning themselves.

Case 1: Barack Obama gives the queen of England an iPod loaded with Obama's speeches. Why does he think the Queen is even interested in his desire to bring socialism to the land of the free.

Case 2: John Kerry made political issues out of President Bush's supposed lack of intelligence. Bush and Kerry both attended Yale. According to public records, President Bush enjoyed higher grades and higher GPA than Kerry.

Case 3: Al Gore famously excoriated Bush for his supposed lack of intelligence. Ironically, Bush's GPA at Yale also beat Gore's GPA at Harvard.

Case 4: I watched a documentary on the Chilean revolution. It was about a socialist writer and he missed no opportunities to praise himself. Even going so far as to say that a fellow revolutionary who was shot by a sniper died just so he could have a blanket to keep warm at night. He felt "history" kept him alive for some great unknown reason.

I, therefore, conclude that liberal thought is a mental disease and a mental health professional should develop a therapy regimen to cure them of their self serving, grandiose view of themselves.

The republican leadership and President Obama have put together a framework that extends the Bush tax cuts as well as unemployment benefits for two years.

The republicans didn't want unemployment extensions and the democrats don't want tax cuts extended. So a compromise ensued that gave the democrats unemployment and the republicans tax cuts.

The democratic regime is screaming mad because they couldn't stop the tax cut extensions.

Maybe they still have Obama's elitist attitude from the last two years.

Maybe they failed to understand the will of the electorate.

This week has seen interesting information from WikiLeaks. It revealed that Hillary Clinton asked or directed the US delegation to the UN to spy and report on other UN ambassadors and have our ambassadors spy abroad. People are in a tizy over this and some have called for Hillary to resign as Secretary of State.
I say stay right where you are, Hillary. If you don't think other nations don't have similar requests of their delegations, you're living in a dream world.

Obama's tax cut/increase bill failed. The democrats seem lost and surprised by this. Boehner and Company has made it clear we want the Bush Tax Cuts left intact. To get a handle on the nations debt and deficit, control spending and pass earmark reform legislation.

Rangel whines that he is actually going to have to deal with a consequence of his crooked ways. Not that it's a sizable consequence to say the least. A fine or even some jail time would have served the crime better. In another House corruption front, Maxine Waters' Trial has yet to start. New evidence sent her case file back to committee leaving speculation that her trial may not proceed. However, its since been found out the new evidence shows even more corruption on her part and the part of her Chief of Staff who also happens to be her grandson. The new evidence is related to her steering TARP funds to a bank that her husband has a sizable stake in. The TARP funds protected his investment and kept his $350,000 investment from becoming worthless.

Obama pardons nine people. Most have convictions relating to cocaine distribution. Is that how Obama fights the drug war? We have Mexican drug cartels killing US citizens at our borders and he pardons cocaine distributors. What a message to send our children and our neighbors South of the border.

The Senate passed 510, the Food Safety bill. Due to an error, the House will not take the bill up in the remaining lame duck, effectively killing this communist bill. This bill would have ended the roadside market, forced farmers to by its seeds from Monsanto which is backed by George Soros, it would have raised the costs of food production which raises food consumer prices and it would have enhanced the food crisis. Homegrown gardens would have been a memory. The Democratic controlled senate failed in their efforts to pay Soros back for his financial support to moveon.org and other liberal PACS.

Oklahoma is in a court battle. On Nov. 2nd, the electorate voted on several state questions.

SQ755 dealt with courts using Sharia or International Law when ruling on cases. The liberal elitists tried to paint Oklahoma as paranoid and dismiss the question. Out of all ballots cast, 70% voted in favor of the question.

A Muslim activist from Georgia promptly boarded a flight, no doubt bypassing the enhanced pat downs, and flew to Oklahoma City to wage a court fight against certifying and implementation of 755.

Part of his argument is there are no plans to bring Sharia Code into our courts. If that's the case, then why are they concerned about 755. It doesn't discriminate against Islam.

I am surprised the secular-progressives are not embracing the law as another means of strengthening separation of church and state. Their hypocritical stand against the Christian church and embracing of the Islamic mosque is ironic considering Islam subjugates women, denies others the rights to believe as they prefer, has some of the harshest punishments for minor offenses, will deny women the right to vote, work, or even date whom she pleases. If an Islamic takeover of this country should take place, the S-P's will be the ones punished the most. They are proving themselves to be the same 'useful idiots' to the Muslims today as they were to the USSR in the 1980's.

Christian Church and Cultural

The planners of the Islamic Cultural Center and Mosque near Ground Zero have petitioned for a grant of $5 million dollars.

The grant is out of a $20 million dollar economic revitalization fund set aside after the 9/11 Terror Attacks.

The muslim planners somehow feel entitled to a grant that was needed after 19 muslims decided they would fly airplanes into the World Trade Centers.

I can't help but think of this grant as a Jizyah. . This is a 'tax' that muslims charge non-muslims for the right to exist. This isn't a tax, it's more of an extortion.

The mob charges businesses a fee to not be bothered. They call this protection money. This protection money only lasts until the mafia decides they need more. The Jizyah only lasts until the islamists decides they need more. It's more of a way to control non-believers economically and keep them in submission.

Ironically, Al-Qaeda recently stated their intentions to harm the US economically.

As a counter, I would like a Muslim country to pay me a grant equivalent to $5,000,000 to build a Christian Church and Cultural Center in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Opposition to this is religious intolerance and is wrong.

I think they could show the world a new side if they also provided a grant of equal value to build a Jewish Synagogue and Cultural Center to be built right next door to the Christian Center.

Rangel is Guilty

Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) has been found guilty of eleven charges against him for various ethics complaints.

In a last stand, or lack thereof, Mr. Rangel walked out of the hearings claiming he had no legal counsel nor could afford one.

The proceedings continued in absentia.

The only thing left for the 20 term democrat from Harlem to do is resign.

His military service in Korea is exemplary. Although most of his service in the House was colorful, his record is tainted with these ethics convictions.

The time has now come for Mr. Rangel to resign, retire and leave public life behind him.

Maxine Waters (D-CA) has a corruption trial looming in which she is accused, among other charges, of steering money to family. It's important to note that Mrs. Waters' chief of staff is her grandson. If nepotism was against the law or ethical standards, she would have been tried a long time ago.

I watched Meet the Press this morning. They were discussing the extension of the Bush Tax Cuts. One of the guests pondered how the Republicans would pay for this tax cut.

Usually, a tax cut is paid for by raising another tax somewhere else.

I have a novel idea. Why don't we pay for tax cuts by reduction in spending?

The government has grown outside of it's Constitutional boundaries. Reduce it back to the original intent of the Constitution and you won't need 95% of the taxes we pay now.

This bill, known as the"Debt Free America Act", is a bill designed to tax you one percent for every bank transaction.

This bill has nothing to do with wiping out America's debt. Instead, it adds yet another tax that American taxpayers will have to endure along with federal income tax, social security tax, Medicare-Medicaid tax, property tax, sales tax and all the other taxes we must pay.

The one percent rate seems small and innocuous and is designed to make us think it's not that big of a deal. But we know how democrats are. Once a tax is implemented, it never goes away, rarely reduced and always increased.

How will it work? You deposit you paycheck into your account. Let's say it's $1000 after income taxes are already withheld. The IRS gets $10. Leaving you with $990. If you transfer any amount into a savings account, they get 1% of that. Every time you buy groceries, pay rent or mortgage, pay the utility bills… every transaction gets taxed 1%. Then, Lord help us if/when they raise that rate. Hardworking American families are struggling as it is. Now they want to take more of your resources from you so they can pay down a national debt that they created.

Before Congress has the audacity to ask us for more money, they need to cut their pay and perks and stop the earmark spending.

Extension of the Bush Tax Cuts

Today, Barack Obama finally embraced the idea of extending the Bush tax cuts.

Of course, the idea is conditional that the cuts do not go to people making more than $250,000 a year.

I disagree with the progressive tax system. Tax cuts should be across the board. If Obama cannot see this, then the new Republican House of Representatives should fight the current tax code and seek a single tax rate.

A progressive tax system such as the one we currently have, punishes people for doing better in life, stifles ingenuity and creates corruption.

Tax codes gets so cumbersome that even the current IRS Commissioner failed to pay his taxes.

Simplify the code, increase revenue and decrease tax fraud.

First, I want to ask that you not cooperate with President Obama. I don't mean the mean-spirited kind. I mean to not cooperate with him in allowing him to continue to send this country on a fast track to socialism.

I would like to encourage you to remain steadfast on the repeal of health care reform. I would rather see it wholly and completely repealed and then start the work of finding sensible solutions to real issues. Not radical solutions to non-issues.

I realize the federal government doesn't create or destroy jobs. I also realize the government, through its tax and other regulatory policies creates an environment conducive for job growth or decline. The typical conservative policy is conducive for growth. I hope with this new voice we conservatives now have, we can steer the countries policies to the more conducive environment.

An extension of the Bush 2001 & 2003 tax cuts are a great start. But I think we should go farther. We should reduce taxes further for all income brackets. We should balance the budget and settle the national debt. I realize this is a lofty goal and one that may not be fully achieved in the next two years but getting on this road will show the American people we are serious and deserving of reelection and even deserving the White House and Senate.

I also hope we can tackle border security. Americans are now being slaughter on our own soil by Mexican drug lords. We should consider sending the US Military to protect our borders. We will send our troops to Iraq and Afghanistan to free a people not wanting freedom yet our own citizens are living in fear in our own country.

We also need to tackle immigration reform and deport ALL illegal immigrants. Illegals are committing crimes and getting away with it. The fact that they are here illegally is a crime, hence the ILLEGAL alien status.

Welfare reform should be tackled, too. This is one way to help the budget goals. The welfare rolls are overcrowded. If we deport all the illegal aliens and end welfare except for the handicapped, it will be American hands picking fruit and manicuring the golf courses. We have made it too easy for Americans to lay on the couch all day and collect a check and have this "need" of illegal aliens to do the jobs Americans don't want to do. When they can't collect that welfare check, they will be picking the fruit and digging the ditches.

Obama was handed a referendum on his agenda, the economy, and his arrogance and dismissal of the significance of the Tea Party.

In his trademark ambivalence towards the American people, he only wants to acknowledge the economy. He even goes on to say that Americans voted out of fear.

Could it be, Barack Obama, that we have seen your first two years and educated ourselves on you, your socialistic agenda, your astronomical growth of the government and your intrusion in our private lives and decided we didn't like it?

I think the answer is a resounding, YES!

Now, instead of the enemy, Republicans like John Boehner will speak for us patriotic Americans that voted against you. We voted to give you an opposition to your agenda, your overreaching, your tax and spend and spend and spend…

Election Day

I voted.

I hope you did too. I declined to blog so you would have one less last minute campaign.

I also wanted to take the time to look at all the candidates and issues on my particular ballot.

Oklahoma has been in the national media spotlight due to one of the state questions on the ballot.

The question deals with Sharia Law. Actually, it's not just Sharia, but also international law. CNN wasn't happy to give you the full story. Instead, the focused on the Sharia Law aspect.

The meat and potatoes of it is a state constitutional amendment to disallow consideration of international law and sharia law when considering cases. It mandates only Oklahoma and Federal laws when considering cases or new laws.

CNN wanted to make Oklahoma look like a bunch of islamaphobic goons. They insist on putting their heads in the sand and ignore the stated CAIR goal of replacing the US Constitution with Sharia Law.
But at least in Oklahoma, we have an opportunity to tell France, Italy, the UN and the Islamic fundamentalists they have no support here.

OBAMA'S CAMPAIGN STYLE

Obama goes on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart. He tries to convey his message in a serious atmosphere because, afterall, most liberals take the issues very seriously. The flaws? Jon Stewarts show is a comedy spoof and liberals are too busy listening to Lil Wayne and Lady Gaga to watch Obama on a real issues-oriented discussion program.

Jon, in his trademark style made Obama look like an imbecile and idiot. Obama lost control rather early and struggled to regain it and never really did. In a disrespectful liberal manner, Stewart at one point refers to the President as "Dude". I may not agree with Obama and even have some issues with his legitimacy as President. But in no way should the holder of the most esteemed office in the land be referred to as "Dude".

REIDS POLLS

Sharon Angle is still ahead of Harry Reid and early voting does not dispute that. However, the margin is slim. It could be an upset not in our favor. Campaigners and bloggers need to keep getting the TEA Party backed candidates message out there.

BLACK REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES

Unbeknownst to most Americans, there are two black republican candidates running in toss up campaigns. One is in Colorado and the other in Florida. I encourage voters in these states and respective districts to study them. The mainstream media is not happy that there are two black republicans. So much so that tonight is the first I've heard of them. Giving them press coverage now would seriously undermine the democrats stranglehold on the black vote. Obama is counting on the black vote to re-elect him in two more years.

Don't let news of the projected republican sweep cause complacency. The liberal media is conspiring to make us dormant and sweep us out of the process even further. Keep blogging and campaigning. Too much depends on it. Let's send the democrats the message that no more government intrusion is best for us all. Let's send a similar message to the republicans that we are watching them and if they fail us, we will fire them and keep looking for candidates that will put the people's agenda first.

Early voters in North Carolina and Nevada reports their ballots were either already marked or voting machines chose the democrat candidate for them when they attempted to vote republican.

Voter fraud is a serious issue. The left are unwilling to allow you to make your choice. They presume your ignorance in voting and they feel they know better so they will fix your 'mistake' and choose for you.

SEIU techs are responsible for maintaining voter machines in North Carolina. Obama has a long history with the SEIU.

Early voter ballots in Nevada were already marked for Harry Reid. Many voters are reporting their ballots were pre-marked and not for their candidate of choice.

SEIU leaders were caught on tape planning voter fraud and how to get away with it.

If they allowed the elections to proceed normally, they would lose and they can't have that happening. Especially since the President is a HUGE fan of the SEIU.

When will SEIU members ask why Andy Stern et al make tons more money than the vast majority of the employees they represent?

If our Justice Department was truly interested in Justice and not partisan ops, we could expect redress of grievances from the government on this voter fraud situation brewing in these battleground states. Attorney General Eric Holder has shown partisan politics are very important to him and he will do Obama's bidding to the bitter end.

The Islamic Double Standard

NPR is expressing concern and regret for firing Juan Williams during fundraising week. Juan Williams expressed his concern and apprehension he feels when he sees someone in Muslim garb on an airplane.

I, too, will admit that I am nervous when I see someone that adheres to a religion that sends their sons to die for there cause anywhere in public.

There are too many cell phone videos from middle eastern caves citing islam and getting backing from clerics within Islam after a terror attack for us to not be nervous.

Admittedly, I also feel a twinge of fear when I see someone that appears Muslim carrying a backpack.

When these cave dwelling brainwashed despots shout "Allah hu Akbar", it's no wonder Juan, myself and many millions of Americans often experience fear and apprehension when we see Muslims on planes, trains and packing bags.

Ironically, it's their purpose when they launch a terror attack to cause fear, panic and rash decision making.

When we seem to do just that, they cry foul.

They have no problem calling Christians, Jews and people of other religions and creeds infidels, but they can't fathom the dreadful idea that they are looked upon with a suspicious eye and rational Americans are concerned when seeing them in places of transportation or any other where a large number of otherwise distracted Americans are located.

Muslims, you have to understand why Christians and Jews are content with keeping a safe distance from you. Your terror attacks are designed to create…terror. When this happens, where do you get off trying to position yourself as a victim?!? How can you strap bombs to yourself and blow up innocent civilians and somehow feel you can leverage yourselves as misunderstood and discriminated against? It's funny how no Christians were involved in hijacking those planes and flying them into the World Trade Center buildings. I do not believe Christians or Jews are involved in strapping bombs and blowing up civilians in Israeli shopping centers. No Christians were involved in the attacks in Spain and Great Britain.

You guys really need to realize that the governments of the western world are not tied to religion. They are secular. In America, religion isn't a test to qualify or disqualify a candidate for public office. Get over yourselves. You choose to blow shit up with bombs strapped on your asses, then we will keep a suspicious eye on you.

The First Amendment and NPR

Juan Williams says when he flies and sees someone wearing Muslim garb, it makes him nervous. He said this on a Fox News program. Juan Williams worked for NPR as well. The federally subsidized NPR decides to violate the First Amendment and fires Mr Williams.

If the NPR CEO was offended, fine. But since Juan was on Fox and the program wasn't sponsored by NPR, I fail to see how they have the grounds to terminate him. The show isn't even rebroadcast on NPR and if NPR had listened to the entire statement, Juan was actually lamenting stereotyping.

NPR speaks out for First Amendment rights when it's convenient for them. NPR has engaged in Tea Party bashing and criticizing it. NPR, along with the US Attorneys Office only goes after violations it sees against liberal bloggers and protests. Conservative political movements and bloggers have been discriminated against for years and we need to exercise the last part of the First Amendment and petition the government for redress of grievances. We have sat idly by for far too long and allowed this administration to violate the First against us and prosecuted maliciously cases against us.

Fair application of the law does not exist.

I am a fan of your Presidency. Your brilliance has been proven by history(the real history, not the democrats revised one). The fall of communism in Russia was severely doubted even by some republicans, yet you were right.

You were also right about taxes. Lower taxes creates as environment where ingenuity is encouraged and productivity grows, therefore resulting in more revenue to the government.

I would like to say that most Americans have learned from your brilliance but sadly, I can't even say that republicans have learned. Of course, some have but I can't tell you how many have forgotten the principals from which you led.

Like limited government. I love the quite where you say,"In these times of crisis, government isn't the solution to the problem, government is the problem!" How right you are. You see, we now have a very intrusive government. They just passed a health care reform that puts us on a four year path to socialized healthcare. I am proud to say that the current Republican Party stood shoulder to shoulder against it. So you see, they have completely forgotten your principals.

Now, Mr. President, we have this thing called Cap and Trade. It's basically a way for people like Al Gore Jr and Maurice Strong to make money on a phenomena called Global Warming - the science of which is shaky at best. The UN has fallen head first into the scheme. Of course, if you knew who Maurice Strong was, you could see how that happens. He is a multibillionaire without a home country. He chooses to live in China mist of the time. China is still a communist country with a poor human rights record. Speaking of China, Barack Obama actually flew the Chinese flag over the White House and celebrated the communist revelation of Chairman Mao. If you were in office, we would be seeking ways to end communism from the rest of the world. Obama embraces it and is importing his own brand into the US.

President Reagan, how would you take it if I told you that congress is now full of communists that openly praise Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez and mourn the end of communism in the old USSR? Well, Sir, sadly it's true. The majority of Obama's cabinet have ties and backgrounds steeped in communism.

Let me tell you something else you were right about. Welfare.

The US now had 40,000,000 food stamp recipients. That, President Reagan, is a record. Unemployment is at 9.6% and we have a major tax increase on the horizon. The national debt is out of this world. It's over $13,000,000,000,000 and this President added $2,300,000,000,000 since taking office. If he keeps going like he is, he will add well over $10,000,000,000,000 by the end of his current term. I don't want to even go into where that debt will be if he gets reelected.

In short, President Reagan, I miss you. I miss your firm but grandfatherly way of dealing with bullies that try and push us around. I miss being able to be proud to be an American and knowing that if I went abroad and some tin-hat terrorist messed with me, you would send in the SEALS or someone to rescue me and maybe even get a little revenge. Now, with this guy, Americans can't even go to some places IN AMERICA without being terrorized and killed by foreign terrorists and drug dealers. Falcon Lake Texas comes to mind and Arizona, too. There are actually places in America where American citizens are being warned not to go and yet the SEALS, Special Forces or any other counter-terrorism force are not being deployed there. Outrageous. You would have handled it differently. If you were still in office, these punks would be ghosted by now and Americans can hold their heads high knowing their government cares for them and will protect and defend them or in extreme cases, avenge them.

I hope and I pray that the Republican Party will find another candidate that will preside over the office the way you did. One that will show true conservatism and strength.

Obama Stumps This Weekend - And He LIES!!!

Obama said this weekend that the GOP is benefiting from voter fear. He benefited from voter fear in 2008.

Then he went on the imply that Americans, when scared, are not wired to think rationally.

He is suggesting that people seeking to rein in his $2,300,000,000,000 addition to the already outrageous $13,000,000,000,000 national debt.

At the rate he is going, by 2012, the debt will be $23,000,000,000,000.

This is a conservative estimate and giving him the benefit of the doubt.

If more lies and misleading statements about Health Care Reform come out, this debt could go trillions more.

They our children and grandchildren will be paying this debt. If democrats keep doing what they've been doing, the sun will triple in size and swallow the earth by the time this debt is paid.

We must reign in this spending. Republicans haven't done as good as they should have. But they've done a lot better than Obama has. The only reason to get into debt is to fund a war.

The only things the federal government is supposed to do is provide for a common defense and the general welfare of the United States.

The best way to provide for the general welfare is to lower taxes and keep them low and stop the export of jobs overseas and keep Americans working.

Democrats and Republicans haven't done this part very well. The countries of India, China and Pakistan have benefitted well from our technological ingenuity and subsequent exportation of technological jobs. Yet the trade deficits with these nations continues to grow exponentially.

If Obama wants to be reelected, he needs to make giant leaps to the center. Hell, I would even suggest he become the first conservative democrat since Kennedy.

I am a voter and will vote for the party or politician that supports growth.

Except these:

• Unemployment - at 7% when Obama took office and now stands at 9.6% officially. Some have it at 10.6%.

• Food Stamp Recipients - Over 46.1 million Americans are now on Food Stamps - the highest since the food stamp program came to existence.

• National Debt - The National Debt is now over $13 Trillion dollars with an additional $1.3 Trillion just added this last year and $1 Trillion the year before. That's $2.3 Trillion since Obama took the wheel of the economic sedan.

• Taxes - Obama claims to have lowered taxes for 95% of Americans. This simply isn't true. When the Bush Tax Cuts expire in January, all the taxes Obama cut will be paid for and then some with the effective tax increases. What's worse is some of Americans lower earners will be hit the hardest.

This country is being bankrupted. The Washington elite are creating backroom deals and forcing an agenda that will further the financial decay in America like the Health Care Reform.

We were told it would lower health care costs but the GAO has since said it will add an additional 1 Trillion dollars a year the first year alone. With this current in Obama's Political River, he will add almost $10 trillion dollars to the federal debt by the time he leaves office in 2012. That figure can be over $20 trillion if he is reelected - God forbid.

What kind of growth will you vote for in 2010 and 2012?

The Next Republican Agenda

The GOP is poised to make gains in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
According to the latest polls, Republicans have a great opportunity to repeat the 1994 Republican Revolution.

This can be a good thing if they get to the right agenda. This is what I think the Republican party needs to do if they take the majority.

• Immediately start removing the bad sections from the health care reform. It would be naive of us to think there were no need for reform. I, and most republican voters I know feel the current reform went way too far.

• Extension of the Bush Tax cuts.
• End TARP and all other pork bills under the guise of economic stimulus.
• Protect the borders. The Falcon Lake incident and all the US Citizens that have been murdered by illegals have necessitated sealing the borders. Al Qaeda could very well be sending operatives across the Mexican border as I type.
• Rebuild NASA. Using Russian space vehicles and none of our own has effectively outsourced our space exploration program to a country that has cut safety in the interest of cost savings. Our astronauts are in danger.
• Overhaul the tax code. The income tax, sales tax and property taxes are choking US Citizens. With all the taxes Americans are paying, there should not be a deficit. When the current director of the IRS can't understand the code and fails to pay his taxes, how can the average American be expected to understand the tax code and pay their taxes?
• Balance the Budget. With all the aforementioned taxes, there shouldn't a deficit. American families are expected to live within their means, why not the federal budget? Cut the useless and unconstitutional programs that are draining the taxpayers and get back to the business of providing for the common defense and general welfare of the states. Stop the specific welfare of folks that refuse to work.
• Support Obama's plan to end the tax credit that businesses get for using foreign labor and shipping jobs overseas. If Americans can't work, no matter how high taxes are, the federal budget will have less and less income and more and more outflow. This is an area where republicans have failed in the past. America should never make it easier for companies to make more money by not using American labor. Indian and Pakistani citizens do not pay taxes to the IRS.

President Reagan set the bar high. But it isn't unachievable. It just takes true conservatism. One that makes certain all Americans are equal in the eyes of the law. One that understands the constitution and gets us back to it.

This list is short and not complete. These are the things I see the Republican Party needs to get started on to ensure it conveys tongue American people that the Republicans can be trusted to function in the best interest of the country - not big business or special interests.

Obama "Don't take anything for granted."

How's this for irony. Barack Obama tells Delaware voters to not take anything for granted.

Now he tells democrat voters this. He refused to tell the liberal ideologues this when he ran on an alleged message of hope and change.

Voters were supposed to take his hope and change message for granted. Now, even among democrats, there is a mood of buyers remorse. Is it any wonder why?

He failed on so many campaign promises. Here's a short list just in case you needed to be reminded.

•Transparency - Obama promised the most transparent administration is history. He said the health care debates would broadcast on CSPAN. Didn't happen. Instead back-room dirty deals were the order of the day.

•Taxes - Obama claims to have lowered taxes. He hasn't. As a matter of fact, he is allowing one of the most effective tax cuts in history to expire effectively raising taxes. Especially on some of the lower earners. The only reason Obama wouldn't want to extend those tax cuts is because it would be the same as admitting Bush was right. He has spent two years blaming Bush for everything including his own lackluster performance.

Open Door - Obama, as an extension to his promise of transparency, promised media access at an unprecedented level. In fact, at every turn, Obama had excused the media from almost all events where he was giving speeches. The media had to rely on Spokesman Robert Gibbs for information. Gibbs has had the unique and unprecedented role as media gatekeeper where previous spokespersons were just that, spokespersons.

Political Cooperation - Obama campaigned that he would be a uniter, work in a bipartisan manner. What Obama meant was republicans would be expected to shift to the left if they wanted to be included. When most republicans refused to shift their ideology, Obama cut them completely out of the loop and Obama, Pelosi and Reid went on a mudslinging campaign against the republicans calling them then party of no.

Obama's policies and broken campaign promises have given birth to the grassroots political movement known as the TEA Party. The movement was able to resonate with most Americans and this has brought down the wrath of Pelosi and Obama.

They took time away from attacking republicans to attack the TEA Party as AstroTurf and plant media stories filled with largely unproven accusations of racism and carrying swastika flags.

This was a vain attempt to prevent minorities, especially Black and Jewish voters from aligning with the TEA Party.

This November 2 will determine just how successful they will be. TEA Party back candidates have done well in the primaries much to the chagrin of the democrat party and in some cases, the republican party.

The Real Party of NO!

•Jobs
•Personal Freedoms and choices, especially health care.
•Social Security reform
•Lower taxes
•Tolerance of Christians
•Tolerance of heterosexuals
•Defense of Marriage Act
•School choice vouchers.
•Transparency-even though it was a campaign promise.
•technology and techniques that may have plugged the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico.
•Bipartisanship-not one single republican initiative was entertained, not one compromise was even considered in any of the bills Obama signed in the first half of his current administration.

If Obama, Pelosi and Reid are concerning themselves with attempting to paint the republicans as obstructionists, they should slow down and look within themselves.

They have denied the republicans a voice on health care reform, even ignoring their proposals which addressed most of the key issues the democrats claimed were most crucial.

They foolishly misunderstood the TEA Party movement. Using degrading language like tea baggers to describe them, they allowed the crucial swing voters to get away from them and found their voice with the TEA Party movement. Pelosi herself referred to them as AstroTurf and accused them of carrying swastikas. Some democrats have accused but failed to prove specific acts of racism. I feel this was to protect the democrats stranglehold on the black vote.

Many Black voters have found their voice with the TEA Party. This is in part due to Harry Reid's racist statements and other democrat senators and congressmen's past racist activities.

Black voters have taken a stand especially after Reid's remarks concerning Obama and his dialect - or lack of a dialect.

The real party of no, of obstruction and destruction is the Democrat Party.

From it's beginnings the democrats have fought to preserve the institution of slavery, even to the point of splitting this country in two and were willing to destroy this great nation even more.

Ground Zero Mosque

Bill O'Reilly graced the tv daytime talk show, "The View" with his presence today. The ground mosque became a hot topic. Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar challenged O'Reilly on a statistic showing 70% of Americans being against the mosque. Whoopi and Joy, in an act befitting of their immature and childish attitudes, decided to do the disrespectful act that a talk show co-host can do. They walked off the stage leaving the creator and part time host Barbara Walters stunned.
I am one of the seventy percent. Why? Whenever an Islamic force conquers a region they build a mosque as a trophy or symbol of their so-called victory. Denying them the mosque shows Americans do not believe Islam wins. It denies them their victory.

Allowing the construction is nothing less than the United States bowing to the Islamic terrorists and giving them the satisfaction of victory over us. The left is suddenly on the side of religion on this issue.

It is out of their character and actually quite surprising considering there anti-Christian attitude.

But then again, maybe that's why. Maybe the leftist liberals and democrats in this country share a common enemy in Christendom.

I refuse to capitulate to the religion of hate and murder. A religion started by one man known for child molestation and rape. A man known to smoke opium and live in a cave. A man, that if alive today, would be getting psychiatric treatment for severe psychoses and likely sharing the same cell block with Charles Manson.

America, we must unite and defend our sovereignty against Islamic terrorists. I will never in my life pay dhimmitude or servitude to these barbarians. I am shocked that only 70% are against the mosque. It should be 100%.

In 1992, Bill Clinton won the presidency. He embarked on a liberal agenda.
Fast forward two years and you have the midterm elections. The Republicans took control of both of the legislative branches. Bill Clinton read the writing on the wall and shifted more centrist.

In 2008, Barack Obama (aka Barry Soetoro) won the presidency by proclaiming America to be the greatest country, and now it's time for change. He campaigned on hope and change and the masses followed like sheep to the slaughter all the while not one supporter ever asked just what did Barry hope to change and then change to what.

2010 brings another set of midterm elections. Obama actually has the mentality to say that if Republicans win the house and senate, the American people will expect the republicans to get along with him and move left to accommodate his agenda.

Barack, if the republicans indeed take away your party's control of the legislative branch, it isn't because they want to see the republicans help you dismantle this country in a bipartisan way, it's because we want to see the republicans stand against your tyranny. Stand against the political persecution you have wrought on the Oath Keepers, stand against the health care reform that threatens to take our health care system to a standard less than a third world system, stand against your agenda of fundamentally changing America insomuch that the communist flag of China flew over the White House and celebrated the revolution of Chairman Mao.

I am back. The DogWalksMan Blog, after an extended hiatus has returned.

I am sorry for my unexpected and extended departure from the political blogging community but that is now over.

I finally found CellSpin for the iPhone and got it working and connected to all my blogs.

My return to blogosphere is precipitated by the first two years of the Obama administration. I decided that through it's excessive and incompetence, I must return and support my fellow conservative bloggers with exposing this incredibly lackadaisical administration and challenge on the front lines of the political landscape, right here at the grassroots of it all.

For the most part, this blog is about the American political scene. I am also very interested in issues outside of our borders. Recently, I came across a news article about Hmong refugees in Thailand. Not knowing very much about the Hmong people, other than what you see and hear in the recent Clint Eastwood movie, "Gran Torino", I read the article and was disgusted.

First, some history of the Hmong and how they came into the American eye. The Hmong are an indigenous people in Southeast Asia. They live in and around Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. During the Vietnam Civil War, the US was invited by the fragile democratic government of South Vietnam to provide military assistance and later, full military involvement in the internal conflict. Laos, a small Asian nation, was neutral. The Ho Chi Minh Trail ran through parts of Laos. Due to their neutrality, the US and South Vietnam could not base troops there. The Laotian king was invited to Washington so the US President, John F Kennedy, could meet with him and ask for his help. The Laotian King agreed and the indigenous Hmong were put into action. Fast forward and the current, communist government of Laos, a key ally to the current communist government of Vietnam, is now punishing the Hmong people for their assistance to the US military and CIA. Thousands of Hmong, traditionally Christian, are murdered, raped and persecuted. One of the most atrocious and recent attacks involved a two month old Hmong baby. Her murdered body was used for target practiced. Her head was separated from her body by the Laotian soldiers from being shot so much. Their indifference to this innocent life is shocking. Their aggression is no surprise to people who have known the communist creed of kill all who oppose.
In Thailand, there are communities of Hmong refugees that escaped this horror. The Laotian government, wanting to silence the Hmong, made a deal with the Thai government to deport the Hmong back to Laos. One group of 30, with one adult, 5 boys and the rest girls, were returned. The adult and 5 boys have never been heard from or seen again. Some of the girls escaped back to Thailand and recounted a horrific experience back in Laos. More rape, torture and threats of genocide occurred.

Some relief workers, NGO's and activists have petitioned the UN for intervention. Kofi Annan, the former Secretary-General, failed to act due to a lack of evidence.

America, what is going on in Laos is nothing less than genocide. An entire race of people are being systematically killed. If this were happening in our backyard, there would be an uproar of proportions unknown to society. But because this is somewhere else, the national media has not covered this story. Join me in a letter writing campaign to our national leaders to expose this. Write Fox News, CNN and other national media outlets and express your interest in this and your anger in not finding out about it through them.
We needed the Hmong then, they need us now. They served with honor and distinction, will we?

Obama's Approval Ratings..and why

Obama's popularity ratings are dropping. His approvals ratings are dropping and now his Presidential Approval Rating Index on Rasmussen is a -8. On 1/21, his index was +28. In this short amount of time, he dropped 36 index points. Visit this link to see the trends.

From inauguration, his overall approval went from 65% to 47% today. In this short time, 7 months, he went from a majority of Americans approving of him to a majority disapproving of him. His intense focus on health care, his attempts to rush it through without most members of Congress, himself and the American public knowing just what it is that he was pushing and his waffling on certain aspects or "little slivers" of this catastrophe added to the fact that his unemployment has continued to rise despite his economic recovery package have taken a toll. Unemployment is 9.4% and expected to rise. In Feb, he claimed that without the package, it would rise, but with it, it would get no higher than 8%. When Americans are out of a job and they see Obama still trading like mad with despots in China, Venezuela and other socialist nations, they tend to get a little mad at the guy. Add all of that to the fact that he still has not produced the long form birth certificate, his age on Myspace and on his White House web site bio do not match(they are off by 4 years) and his repeatedly ignoring the issue, simply wishing it away may also have a bearing on his numbers. Americans, regardless of political affiliation, do not like being lied to and they will take a stand when they are convinced this has happened.

Prove your birthplace and date, back off this socialist hell hole and do things that really will stimulate the economy like cutting taxes across the board and maybe, just maybe your approval ratings and index will turn back around.

Health Care, Town Halls, Cash For Clunkers...

The Today Show decided to help President Obama by creating a poll that asked about Michelle Obama's wardrobe. The poll, showing only 17% disapproved, was a blatant distraction from the Health Care Reform Bill and other failed initiatives of the current administration. Good try Today Show.

Several Democrats are holding town hall meetings with some strings attached, including submitting questions in advance, joining the Chamber of Commerce, attending paid dinners and other ridiculous conditions. Is this how Democracy will work in this Administration? The Democrats are so out of touch, they forget they work for us.

Article 1, Sections 8 & 9 limit the powers of Congress. I encourage you to read the Constitution and see this for yourselves. The first 9 sections of Article 1 limits the entire role of the federal government. Some Amendments have changed some of these limits but the 8th and 9th sections are not amended.

As of today, only 2% of the cash payments for the Cash for Clunkers Program has been paid. Some dealers are owed $20,000,000. This attests to how successful the program is but it is an example of how the government operates. The law that provided this program is 137 pages long. This is short compared to the health care bill. If they can't properly administer this program, how can they possibly handle the much larger, much more important program such as America's health care?

Barack Obama is again, reeling on the public backlash from this failed health care bill. On one hand, he says he wants to pass this socialist bill with bi-partisan support. Yet, within his administration, they are preparing to "go it alone" and instead, concentrate on swaying the Blue Dog Democrats and pass this bill with or without the Republicans.

The last President we had that had a "go it alone" attitude was heavily criticized by the liberal left. This Admin is adopting the same attitude and the media seems to be in favor of it.

Fox News had some Indian leaders on the Glenn Beck Show. They were comparing their federal health care system to the current bill. The Indians are treated worse that animals. I know of animal hospitals and veterinarians offices that have been shut down due to the standards there and yet these people, the Native Americans are being being treated worse and nothing is being done.

The Federal Government mandates their treatment but provides no money for it. They are not on Medicare/Medicaid. They are not provided health insurance at their or government expense. They are told to go to the ER and hope for good treatment.

This is the same bill they are trying to put on us.

One example of free market health care and public option is this. The five year survivability rate for prostate cancer:
United States....................100% (Free Market)
Canada............................95% (Universal Health Care)
United Kingdom....................77% (Universal Health Care)

A simple cancer such as prostate cancer actually has a mortality rate in Canada and Great Britain, yet here in these United States, it is wholly and completely survivable. This is just one example. I will be bringing more.

The Healthcare Issue

It was reported that the "Blue Dog" Democrats reached a deal with the Democrat leadership on HR3200.

It was reported today that many liberal democrats are lining up against the deal. The Congressional Black Caucus, the Progressive Black Caucus and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus are coming out against the deal.

This new initiative by the liberals encourages me. If the Democrats can not come together on this, then it is likely doomed for failure by the very party that wants it. The Republicans are being courted now but I hope they can not be swayed. Most will not be but it is the RINO's I am worried about.

Join me in a letter writing and phone call campaign to our Senators and Congressmen and tell them to abandon this debacle.

The only healthcare reform we need is to outlaw insurance companies from discriminating against patients with so-called "pre-existing conditions" and outlaw HMO's and stay with PPO's, lower the deductibles that patients have to pay and stop restricting hospitals from collecting for treatments provided to illegal aliens. One more item of reform is to outlaw insurance companies from owning more than 10% of a single hospital. Seems to me this is a serious conflict of interest.

July 4, 2009 - Our Nations 233rd Birthday

North Korea
North Korea launched a series of missiles. On this day, July 4, 2009 with the intent of defying the United States by doing so on the celebrated birth of the US, Kim Il sung has decided to test fire a series of missiles. The United States' response is to urge calm. This is ridiculous. They not only defy us on our national birthday, they illegally hold two US journalists in prison after extracting a false confession from them. The Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, DPRK, does not value the freedom of the press the way the United States and all true democratic and free nations do. The DPRK only sees strengths and weaknesses. The weak response by the US and UN are seen as encouraging to the North Koreans. Japan and South Korea are at least responding with strong rhetoric. If we can't stand up to this tin-hat regime, at least we can count on the Japanese and South Koreans to do so.

America's Decline to Socialism
President Obama has not only put us on a definitive track to socialism, he is enforcing it on other nations. He has called for the reinstatement of Manuel Zelaya, the duly elected leader of Honduras. That in and of itself, does not seem a socialistic view, excepting the fact that Zelaya wanted to stay on office past the Honduran Constitutional term limits and Obama is supporting him. The Coup that deposed him seems more interested in rule of law and supporting the Constitution than the OAS, Venzuelan President Hugo Chavez and US President Barack Obama. Makes you wonder more about Obama's true motivation for supporting Cuba's return to the OAS. It really makes you wonder what does Obama think of our own Constitutional term limits. Some view this as Obama's attempt to subvert the US Constitution again. In his first six months, he has already shown such discontent for the founding document.

Obama's 4th of July Address
Obama called for America to return to the spirit of July 4, 1776. Then he called on the US to continue to work for a better America. His idea of a better America is a Socialist America. The spirit of 1776 was that of freedom, self determination of ones own destiny, personal responsibility and no taxation without representation. There was nothing in any of the founding documents about socialized medicine, government owned companies or supporting despots. With his poll numbers dropping, I am hoping it will be the beginning of the end of the Obama Administration. It is my sincere desire that he will fail in his bid for a second term.

Iran Protest Takes Deadly Turn

A woman whose identity is unclear but unofficialy identified as Neda Soltan was shot and killed during protests on Saturday. Her image has become a rallying cry for the protesters. Her funeral was attended only by closest family members as they were threatened that if her funeral became a rally point for protesters they would be severely punished, possibly with death as well. Americans need to stop living with their heads in the sand and see what is really going on. This is why we have so many issues with the Middle East, we have no real grasp on what is happening. We, as a freedom loving nation, should first, not let our own freedoms be eroded, and secondly, we should rally with the Iranians and encourage democracy. If our government sits idly by and allows this chance for freedom to find its way into one of the oldest civilizations of the world, then we ought to be ashamed.

The Miss USA Pageant

The Miss USA Pageant has created quite a stir. When Perez Hilton asked Miss California a question concering gay marriage, she gave her opinion. Since then, Miss Prejean has been ridiculed and had her image defaced and called disgusting names by Hilton on the internet. Since when does Miss USA have to offer a politically correct answer? The point of the QnA is to judge how well they handle 'street' interviews. Her answer, in and of itself, should not be considered in her final judgement. How well she handled herself and articulated herself is what should be judged. A lawyer stated publicly that Miss Prejean should sue the Miss USA pageant for discrimination and I am in agreement. I rarely agree with any of the answers these folks have for their questions but I don't care about their political positions. I am curious as to how well they can articulate and whether they sound like they are professionals or amateurs.

Perez Hilton, you are a sad excuse for a human being. Just because you don't agree with her answer does not give you the right to slander her and deface her images. You seem to base your entire career(if that is what you call it) on being outspoken and scandalous. Why are you outspoken? Could it be you, as an American have that right guaranteed to you by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States? Does Miss Prejean not also have those same rights? I, for one, do not agree with gay marriage. You obviously do. You have that right. Just as I and all the rest of America have our rights to express and believe as we so choose. We do not have to agree on our ideas. But we have to respect each others rights to have them. It is a sad day in this country when someone expresses their beliefs. It is even more ironic that you opened the door for any possibility answers. If you didn't want the answer, why did you even ask the question? I support Miss Prejean, not because I agree with her answer, but because I believe that we all have a right to believe how we choose and express ourselves. Even you have that right. But that right does not extend to slander, libel and defacing her image. You could have disagreed with her without all of this non-sense. It is my sincere hope and desire that this scandal will finally be the one that ends your "career" on TV and we can finally be rid of you. Don't go away crying, just go away.

It's Back to Basics

I am about to propose something that will likely incite anger, or at least incredulous stares as I walk down the street. The current recession may actually be good for the country.

The era before the Great Depression, individuals and businesses alike over-used and in some cases, abused credit thereby causing the depression. People were spending money on things that they really didn't need. This is also what led to the current financial crisis.

Economists cite risky, subprime loans as a major factor if not the cause of the current crisis. Real estate prices were sky rocketing, gas prices were also skyrocketing. Car prices have grown at a rate that far exceeded the average rate of inflation. The true value of real estate and automobiles did not warrant the excessive increases in the escalating asking prices.

Recent interviews with average Americans on Fox, CNN and other media outlets indicate people are rethinking their spending habits. Even people that are not expecting to lose their jobs are cutting back on frills. This is an excellent trend for the country. Getting back to the basics.

The All State Insurance commercial says it best. They opened their doors just as the depression was getting underway and through the 12 reccessions since, they learned one thing, after the fear subsides, it is back to the basics. We have overspent ourselves into major debt.

The burden of the economy has been on the backs of the individual consumer. Costs of goods and services rose exponentially and yet wages barely kept up with the average rate of inflation, making people think the only way to increase their purchasing power was to get credit cards.

Now it is back to the basics. People are buying clothes at the discount stores. They are cutting down on their dining out and realizing they do not need a brand new Lexus every year.

TEA Parties, Anderson Cooper and CNN

Anderson Cooper, the same reporter who went to New Orleans after Katrina supposedly to stand up for the average American, has changed his course and abandoned the average Joe and reffered to TEA Partiers in a rather vulgar and course manner.

It seems he will only defend and cover stories that he 100% agrees with and one that will further his career, or sell a new book. Cooper, a CNN reporter and talking head for the CNN news show Anderson Cooper 360, covered the post-Katrina New Orleans and then later wrote a book about his experiences. It seems the TEA parties would not provide the right material for a new book so Cooper insinuated that TEA partiers were teabaggers and therefore, could not speak.

CNN has taken no action whatsoever on the matter. This, too is no surprise. CNN's departure from common sense reporting occured years ago when Fox News came on the scene. It is interesting to note that Fox News shows have gone up in the ratings and CNN shows have dropped significantly since the TEA Parties. Bill O'Reilly's "The O'Reilly Factor" held the attention of well over 3,000,000 viewers while the hight rated CNN show captured only 1,200,000.

CNN's departure from mainstream media status has been discussed by both the right and left of the political arena since Clinton was President.

Fox News, long the punching bag for the liberal left, has maintained a steady growth and boasts "Fair and Balanced" reporting. Fox News reported on the April 15th event in a neutral manner and CNN reported in a largely negative or derogatory manner, even without considering Anderson Cooper's remarks.

The surprise of these remarks from Mr Cooper is that he has a long and storied history for reporting in favor of gay rights. Why would he impune a gay act on grassroots, Patriotic Americans?

Me Cooper, you owe the American people an apology and you should either be fired or resign. You have impubed Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Independents, Green Party and apolitical Americans. This wasn't a right wing, conservative protest. This was a grass-roots effort simply to protest excessive government spending. By the way, read the Constitution of the United States of America. Section 1-10 limits the size and role of the federal government. Don't stop there, read the entire document and the Amendments and Declaration of Independence while you are at it. Once you get read up on the founding documents, then you just may change your mind on the validity of the TEA parties and the role of the federal government.

Franken v Coleman, More on Cpt Phillips, American Soverienty in the Boardrooms

Franken vs Coleman

Al Franken succeeded in supressing lawfully cast votes. He succeeded in counting votes for him that were obviously cast for Coleman and he was also successful denying counting of votes from a demographic that likely would not vote for him.

Just in case you haven't been following the news, Al Franken, a Democrat and comedian ran a campaign against Norm Coleman, a Republican and incumbent for Senator. In the initial count, Norm Coleman was the declared winner.

But the Democrats and especially Al Franken, could not take losing so they file court challenges. After losing a few, they decided they still couldn't take justice served so they filed more challenges until they got what they wanted, a recount.

Due to the narrow margin of victory, a recount is required by law. But Coleman won that. Franken, being the sore loser he is, challenged the recount results and continued to do so until finally, many recounts later, he actually came out ahead.

When Coleman's attorneys saw the disqualified ballots, they were shocked to see ink smudges from the counting machine would be used to disqualify ballots for Coleman but not for Franken. Then, another recount, and in the middle, the rules were changed to obviously favor Franken.

Yet another court filing from Coleman went largely ignored and valid issues were dismissed because it would actually put all the chess pieces on the same field.

Franken, being the sly and slick politburo he is, won the court ruling so the decks were stacked against Coleman. Now, Franken is declared the winner again with ballots left sealed and uncounted. If the situation were such that one single ballot were left sealed and a Republican was declared the winner, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be leading marches in the street and taking the case to the United States Supreme Court.

I believe this is an issue for Minnesota. But if the Minnesota courts can not issue a ruling that makes somewhat decent sense, then Norm Coleman should be able to take $the case to the US Supreme Court.

When Bush filed a challenge against Gore, the dems went NUTS. But Franken can file handfuls of briefs, court challenges and get the rules changed midstream all to no recourse from the court of public opinion.

Since Franken v Coleman concerns a Senate office at the federal level, I see no reason why Coleman can't involve the USSC.

Capt. Richard Phillips More details have been released concerning the rescue of Capt Richard Phillips, the Maersk Alabama captain that surrendered himself as a hostage to protect the rest of his crew. Three seperate snipers in a coordinated effort, shot the three remaining pirates. The fourth had already boarded the USS Bainbridge seeking medical assistance for the knife wound to the hand and to negotiate. When the three remaining pirates were killed, the wounded pirate was then arrested. A pirate with a big mouth declared that the aggression perpetrated by the US will change how they treat the next hostage. The French were not left out of the equation.

With this threat issued, Obama, you must take it seriously. You seem to be doing better than I anticipated and if you want to be seen as a strong leader of the free world, then you should go on the offensive against these tin-hat tyrrants. The time for negotiating with them is when they are so tired of their rank and file getting slaughtered that they come to the peace table without pre-condition. If we deal decisively and quickly, then we will remain respected in the world. Once we get you back on the path of true liberty and away from socialism, then we will have you set on both the domestic and foriegn policies.

Obama and the International Board of Regulators First reports from the G20 summit tells us Obama wants to allow an international board regulate American businesses. The quote was a bit obscure with this interpretation so there is some hope that this is not the case.

Obama, I want to go on the record as saying this is an affront to American soverienty and you should give serious reconsideration to this if it is indeed true. This will set a dangerous precedence and will undermine capitalism. Europe, after winning WWII, has been steadily going the way of socialism and will not provide fair and equal rules for US corporations. The trade deficit with Europe, China, Mexico and many more of our trading partners is already outrageous and until it is addressed, our economy will never fully recover.

The Somali Pirate Situation
(Update: According to an unnamed US Official and the BBC, Captain Richard Phillips has been rescued. Three pirates were killed and a fourth was taken into custody. Capt Phillips is aboard the USS Bainbridge. Family members say they have had this news for hours, and further details would have to come from Virginia where the Maersk Alabama claims its home port.)
The Somali pirate saga has been long in waiting to include the United States. The issue of the pirates has been ongoing. The US never really tackled the issue due to the fact that a US flagged ship waqs never threatened. Now a US citizen is being held. Some would ask why the US never dealt with it before now. The criticism would be loud and booming. People would have constantly held that since no US ship or citizen was threatened, we have no right to get involved. Now we have that right. Now it is up to Barak Obama to handle this situation decisively or to make his first major international blunder.

I am surprised that I would even be saying this, but I am supportive and even happy at the way the French dealt with their pirate-held hostages. French Special Forces dealt with them decisively. Sadly, one hostage was lost in the rescue attempt. The fact that the French have the intestinal fortitude to allow their military to deal with a military issue and the US decides to put the FBI on the case and treat it like a criminal case is an embarrasment and an affront to American Power. Our Special Forces have the technical knowledge, the skills, the training and the willingness to end this debacle and still bring the captain home - alive.

Take the handcuffs off our servicemen, Obama. Stop cutting military spending. You are making us a laughing stock to the world. The Somali's aren't even a real people. Their nation is a rag-tag hodge-podge of wannabe terrorists. They have no real economy and not because the rest of the world failed them, but because they failed the rest of the world. You are allowing a nation with no real navy, a tattered army and no air force to speak of hold you hostage. They have little motor boats and a few RPG's and you are allowing them to hold the entire United States Navy at bay. Our Navy came back from Pearl Harbor and was heroic and victorious in the Pacific. This is the same Navy that has not failed in a single mission since WWII. And you are letting these illiterate, uneducated, untrained and unskilled thugs hold our mighty Naval force at bay. This is a national shame.

The Obama Stimulus Plan
Just heard it on the news today, Banks are not out of the woods. They are still needing more money to pay for the risky loans they themselves created in a bid to satisfy their insatiable greed. Now they are looking for private sector investments. Isn't this the same group that lost billions on them at the start of this recession? You can bet this, they may have my tax dollars due to the stewards lack of stewardship, but they won't get the money out of my pocket. Just because the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Dept. are falling for their rhetoric does not mean I have to.

Tax Day Tea Party
Liberals and lefties are now on a media blitz trying to cast the partiotic Tax Day Tea Party as a conservative bid to remain legitimate in a post election America. Yes, the democrats control the White House, Senate and Congress but the Clinton years will tell you this does not ever remain. They are getting cocky and arrogant. When either political party does that, they get a wake-up call from hell. America, we do not have to take this. This is not a Conservative or Liberal effort. This is a grass-roots effort from all walks of life, regardless of political affiliation. The reason for the tea party is to peacefully protest reckless spending of our tax dollars. The Republicans and Democrats both have shown little responsibilty when it comes to this. This is not an effort from one political party over another. It is actually a bi-partisan or even non-partisan effort. Fox News' Sean Hannity and other news heads interveiwed many on the left-of-center that are participating and even speaking at Tea Parties across the United States.

The Economy, Transparency and Gun Control

Banks are getting ready for something called a stress test. The Treasury Dept has asked banks to keep mum on the results. There's that transparency Obama talked about on the campaign trail.

Obama said today that there are signs pointing toward the positive on the economy. Cautioning that there is still more work to do, Barak Obama is refering to improved unemployment figures and and trade numbers. In this sensitive and excessively over-reactive market, Obama is keeping is not offering much in the way of details on the next steps the administration intends to make next. He refuses to declare the reccession has bottomed out. Barney Frank and his ilk have no reservations blaming this economy on George Bush. Bush is out of office. Barney Frank, when will your slobber-talking maniacal mouth get a clue and decide that for the good of the country, you will start taking responsibility for your own actions?

In an Op-Ed, Timothy Egan has decided to use the recent spate of violence to attack the 2nd Amendment. The New York Times peice discusses nursing homes, schools and just about anywhere a police officer stands as the "killing grounds" making one wonder if he is trying to equate this with "The Killing Feilds", the chronicles of the Cambodian turmoil of the late 70's where millions of Cambodians were slaughtered. Although this violence is alarming, comparing it to the Khmer Rouge campaign of mass murder is a bit psychotic. The Clinton Era gun bans did not work. Gun crimes in Washington DC, Los Angeles and other high crime cities either held the same or increased. Fact is, the guns banned were not the typical weapons of choice for tin-hat criminals. Timothy Egan, a personal note from me to you, The 2nd Amendment says in it self, that it shall not be infringed. The Founding Fathers knew of the importance of the 2nd. You readily write your Op-Ed under the guise of the 1st Amendment. Do you ever wonder why the 2nd Amendment follows the 1st? Do you think it is simply coincidence? I think not. I think the Founders knew the only way the First Amendment would protected is to immediately follow it up with the Second. You have the right to say anything you want to say because people like me own guns and are willing to do whatever it takes to defend the First and all the other Amendments. On that note, glad you wrote your peice. Everytime you gun-controlists spew your uneducated and unresearched diatribes, it makes people think and now we have a 30% increase in ammunitions sales and gun sales are also up. Not bad in a reccession. Maybe we are in one due to people buying guns and bullets instead of plasma tv's. Obama would rather gun buyers spend their money on electric cars rather than SKS's. The best way, Obama, to prevent such a run on guns is to STOP TRYING TO BAN THEM!!!

Abortion vs 2nd Amendment

The debate on abortion will likely never end. The debate on gun control also is doomed to eternal dialogue.
My major question for the liberals on both issues is this, Why would you fund, with my tax dollars, the killing of innocent, unborn babies, yet you would flagrantly violate my 2nd Amendment rights, which written directly into the amendment says it shall not be infringed? Why would you spend millions or even billions opposing the death penalty for people who were not only aborted, but has proven to society that they are not fit to live amongst it? Did the unborn baby profess to be a conservative? Did the homocidal maniac not kill your family member so therefore they must continue to live? How do you justify this? How can you justify killing an innocent, yet-to-be-born baby and in the same breath defend a child killer? I can not rectify this in my mind. True, as a civil society, we need to go above and beyond to prove the guilt of the condemned before carrying out such a harsh and irreversible punishment. But once all options are exhausted and there is still no shred of evidence that proves their innocence or even creates a hint of doubt of their guilt, they should be dealt with according to the laws of our nation. I just can't come to grips with the wholesale slaughter of innocent and guiltless lives being murdered. I can not, for the life of me, understand how you liberals can defend abortion, support abortion and even violently advocate it and yet put that same zeal and effort to sparing the life of a societal ingrate.

A Proposal I will offer this proposal. If the liberals stop abortion and protecting society's condemned, I will gladly hand over my 2nd Amendment rights. I will send you all my guns, including the collectors items that no longer fire. I will gladly stop hunting if you will stop killing innocent babies. I will even go so far as to say I will also stop supporting capital punishment if you will stop killing babies. I will advocate a penal island or some other form of penal punishment in its stead. But you must give up abortion, wholly and completely without any hint of trying to get it back in the near or distant future. You can have my guns and you can have the serial killers and child killers if I can have the abortion issue. Even in cases of rape or incest. No more baby killing and no more capital punishment. I will give you two for your one. What do you say?!?!?!?

Healthcare Provider Rights

More talk in the Obama Admin about removing the conscience clause. The clause, which allows healthcare workers to not participate in providing services to which they are morally opposed.

There is no reason for Obama to do this other than to create a new class of criminals- Doctors and Nurses.

With services readily available at clinics where healthcare workers are screened and not hired if they have certain objections, why would Obama pick on healthcare workers in every facility?

Services covered under the clause are:
1. Abortion
2. Contraceptive Services
3. Vaccinations
4. Blood Transfusions
5. Family Planning Services

Attacking providers is a dangerous precedence and seems to be another step toward a socialist state. With all the steps in the Economic debacle, this is yet another step in another arena. America, I implore you, write Obama and your Senators and Congressmen and oppose this move. Visit www.congress.org and enter your zip code and you will be provided a list of all your federal and state level representatives, including the president and vice-president.

Again, you do not have to be involved in the Pro-Life vs Pro-Choice Debate. Planned Parenthood and other organizations are providing these services. This is an issue of providers rights to not be forced to provide services they are morally against. I would never force a Cardiologist to perform a colonoscopy. Why force ALL providers to provide family planning and abortion services?

Obama vs. God
Barack Obama has a God Complex. He thinks he can slow or end global warming by introducing pollutants into the upper atmosphere. America, he intends to introduce pollutants into the upper atmosphere. Imagine that. The intention is to reduce the suns rays. We need the suns rays. Tree and plants need them for photosynthesis. Humans need them. Animals of every kind needs them. God gave them to use for a reason. Now Obama, thinking he knows better than the Almighty, has decided God was wrong and will reduce them. What the hell is going on here.

Barney Frank gets taken to School
Rep. Barney Frank(D) Mass. gets taken to school. While speaking at the Kennedy School of Politics, Rep Frank gets to the QnA and a student asked him if he would take responsibility for his role in the current economic crisis. Remeber America, Rep Frank has been the chairman of the House Finance Committee for the last several years of the Bush Admin. When originally posed the question, Frank went into a one-sided diatribe against the Bush Admin and just about anyone or anything else he could to take the blame except for himself. The student then called him on it and reposed the question to which Frank tore into the student. How dare the student ask an oft-elected Congressman if he would take responsibility for his own actions. God forbid.

American Sailors Deal with Pirates
As reported on many media outlets, the crew of the American relief ship that was hijacked by Somali pirates has retaken the ship. Unfortunately, this retaking of the ship came after the pirates removed the captain from the ship and taken him to a currently unknown location. I find it very refreshing to see Americans standing up, even to a bunch of tin-hat pirates. God Bless the crew. God be with the Captain and we, along with most Americans, will pray for the safe return of the Captain and the continued safety of the rest of the crew.

What are we coming too...
NY transit workers manning a ticket booth witness a male chase down a female and rape her. The men in the booth refused to help her and the attacker proceeded to rape her, not once, but twice. He had that much time. She sues the transit agency to which a judge decides to throw the case out becuase he is afraid of what a jury would do. Thankfully for the victim, the engineer of an incoming train was not afraid to get involved and likely prevented a third attack.

The Second Amendment under Attack
Recent reports indicate that gun and ammo sales are up. As a matter of fact, the ammo sales have actually created a shortage of ammo. A 30% increase in ammo sales, along with the large amount of ammunition being shipped to Iraq and Afghanistan have led to a national shortage, creating a public safety concern. police firing ranges in America are running low and therefore police training and practice is suffering. Since November 5, ammo sales have risen 30% and gun sales have climbed drastically as well.
By the way, You pro-2nd'ers. Please tell your fellow man to not resort to drastic measures. The shooter in Philadelphia reportedly was afraid that Obama was planning to attack the 2nd Amendment. Shooting dead three police officers and wounding two more does not do our cause any good - only serious harm.

Rep Barney Frank(D)Mass, has introduced a bill to regulate compensation. Folks, this reeks of communism. I suppose Obama will support this bill until the public outcry. When AIG decided to honor its contractual obligation and pay its bonuses, Congress decided to levy a 90% tax. A lot of Americans, though outraged at the bonuses in light of major financial mismanagement, was just as or more outraged at the 90% tax. Obama backed off on the 90% number and suggested the Senate take a more moderate approach.

President Obama is in the UK at the G20 Summit. Now that he does not have his teleprompter, it will be interesting to see how he bumbles and bobbles he way through. We can only hope he has decided to make up for his blunder with Prime Minister Gordon Brown and take him a better gift. His snafu with this issue and the First Ladies thoughtless Marine 1 models for the Brown's two boys are probably the most embarrasing with our time tested allies. The British were deeply offended and one British reporter called it "just short of an international incident."

GM and Ford have decided to jump on the bandwagon and offers its customers payment protection. If you lose your job, they will tote the note for you. This is nothing less than assisting Americans with buying the overpriced worthless machines. Cars cost today what decent housing cost just a few years ago. No new technology has been introduced to warrant these price increases. Make a V8 that gets 40 mpg in town and twice that on the highway and then we can talk. Until then Ford and GM, if you want to help the average American purchase your products, price them more in line with what you are offering. Todays cars should cost no more than $20,000 for the fully equipped. American cars are the only thing that costs tens of thousands of dollars and yet lose 45% of its value when you sign the title. Saturn is the exception. They hold a resale value and get this, Saturn actually makes a vehicle worth buying. They are solvent and not standing in the bailout line. Imagine that Ford and GM. Take a page out of the Saturn book.

Just another reminder about the Tea Party. Get those tea bags in the mail tomorrow to protest excessive pork barrel spending. Between the bailouts and pork projects, government spending is out of control and we are going to pay for it exponentially. Mail your tea bags to the White House and address it to Barak Obama.

Since when is is the job of the President of the United States of America to fire a CEO at a company not owned by the government? When did the President get more power to fire private sector employees when he still can't fire government employees? This reeks of communism plain and simple. The fact that the Republican Party is so quiet and non-chalant about it is VERY scary. Chris Dodd, Barney Frank and the like gave us this economy. Remember folks, the dems have had the house and senate for most of the Bush Admins term. The house and senate are more powerful than the POTUS. That is unless both houses are controlled by the same political party as the POTUS. Now, what we have here is power consolidation. The President decided that a guy that gave his life to a company must go. So he goes. And you want to know how he pulled it off? Money. GM would not get the bailout money. Without the money they would have to file for bankruptcy. After the news of the firing, it was later revealed that GM may indeed still need to file in 30 or 60 days. So this man was fired, the money was paid with the intent of avoiding bankruptcy and now bankruptcy is still looming in the offing. What a deal.

It has also since been revealed that Obama is seeking to modify the copyright laws. Not a bad thing to update laws every now and then, right? Well, that depends on the upgrade. Currently, under the laws as they are, business, artists and other complainants of infringement would have to have reasonable belief that an infringement occured. Under the new proposals, this would not be required. Merely stating an infringement occured is reasonable enough. What does this mean? That RIAA and other copyright enforcement groups can sieze and search your computers based on an unfounded complaint. They will be able to search your computer and look for ANY infringments whether it was part of the original complaint or not. They will have no time limits on how long they keep your computer or any other property. They can levy fines without a court order or trial, which is unconstitutional in this country. These proposed upgrades will nullify half the Amendments to the Constitution as it is currently written. Way to look out for the little guy Obama.

The recent careless and reckless spending of our tax dollars by both the Bush Admin and the current Obama Admin has sparked a grass roots campaign. All citizens tired of the way our money is being frivulously spent in Washington are encouraged to take a tea bag and mail it to the White House in protest. You can add a note or letter if you so desire. Also, Facebook groups are popping up representing like minded folks in almost every state. I would encourage you to join your group. Most are planning rallies on April 15th. Mail the tea bag and join the rallies. Just another fine example of grass roots peaceful protesting. I intend to mail my tea bag April 1st. With April 15th being the tax deadline, it is a good idea to get them in the mail early so most of them will arrive in DC on or before April 15th. God Bless America and God protect our rights and God bless each citizen for excersizing those very rights.

Rhetoric like that will only prove his partisan attitude. His economic recovery plan will provide financial assistance to people that do not even pay federal income taxes. Explain the fairness of this. This is redistribution at its worst. Welfare is part of the economic problem.
Obama, you can do much better. Try a little more of the bipartisanship you preached and promised. Your re-election may well ride on this.

Iran Economy Feeling Pain of Oil Drop

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmoudenijad declares that the current drop in oil is not hurting the Iranian economy. Fact is, it is hurting them. The Iranian President is playing it cool to keep his and Iran's enemies at bay. The absolute best time to take on your enemy is when they do not have the financial backing to support war. Iran needs the cost of oil to stay around $90 per barrel. Currently, it is $50 per barrel and the Iranian economy is likely feeling the pinch. Just a few months ago when oil hit $147, there was a lot of talk about the possible decline in oil. Iran said then that it would not be harmful to the economy as long as it stayed at $100 or more. Irans downplaying of the current oil price is evidence of either his smarts and not wanting to show his hand concerning the economy or he was lying then and lining his pockets with the excessive profits. Fact is, most Iranians are living in near poverty.

Sarah Palin to Blame?
Sarah Palin has come under fire recently for allegedly cost John McCain the election. Her reference to Africa as a country rather than continent and her lack of knowledge of signers of the North American Free Trade Agreement(NAFTA) were just not serious enough to bring down The Mac. It is my opinion that Sarah Palin gave John McCain an advantage and gave him a lot of the votes he got. It makes no sense to bash her. The election was not lost by McCain, it was won by Obama.

Barack Obama to Review and Reverse Bush Executive Orders
Obama and his transition team are reviewing Bush's Executive Orders and are prioritizing which ones to reverse and when. They are consulting with Political Action Committees and Liberal Activists as to the preffered priority. One of the orders on the top of the list is Embryonic Stem Cell Research. Bush, using an Executive Order, banned federal funding for the research. So rather than raise money from the private sector, the researchers played politics and continued to bash the Bush Administration and its policies. The Executive Order does not ban private donations. It simply banned federal tax dollars from being spent on it. So now, by Executive Order, the Obama Administration will force the American taxpayer to fund a research program that many are against. Like most liberal initiatives, they can not find enough private dollars to fund the program, so they have to rely on the tax payers. Since most liberals are on the lower end of the tax brackets, they are just fine with spending the money as they contribute little or any money to it.

Obama's Grandmother Passed Away
First, I would like to offer Barack Obama my condolences on the passing of his maternal Grandmother. At 86 years of age, she lost her battle with cancer.

Lawsuit Questioning Obama's Elegibility
Secondly, I would like to comment on the Philip Berg matter. Mr Berg filed a lawsuit questioning the eligibility of Obama for President. If he is indeed not eligible, then we all should be concerned about the sudden dismissal of the case. Federal employees are subject to far more eligibility scrutiny than the Office of the President of the United States of America. Seems to me, this same concern and litmus test should apply. Putting your name on the ballot does not inherently grant you immunity.

An Obama Win Should Give the Republican Party A Wake Up Call
On this election day, Obama went in with the polls in his favor. I am not a pollwatcher and never gave these polls much credence or respect. If Obama wins, the Republican Party will have four years to get its act together. When Reagan first ran for President against Democrat Jimmy Carter, the party was still reeling from the centrist Nixon Presidency. Rife with scandal and shame, Nixon took a centrist view on most major issues. Carter and Ford were both party to a conversation where Nixon referred to Ronald Reagan as unpredictable and out of control. When Ford ran against Carter, he made several gaffs that proved he was out of touch and not the best candidate for President. Jimmy Carter won. Four years of watching our military get gutted, our ambassadors and embassy workers get taken hostage and long lines at the gas pump due to a failed national energy policy made America realize, we have no real President. Out of the West Coast rode Ronald Reagan. He brought in his brand of real, functional and highly effective conservatism. He won 49 out of 50 states, took the electoral college by storm and breezed into office in a landslide. He took on the Russians, the Iranians, the Libyans. He armed the Afghan freedom fighters and the routed Russia from their soil. He cut taxes and the federal budget. He strengthened the military by providing better training and materials. Four years later, he ran against Walter Mondale and Geraldine Ferraro. Mondale's votes against every military initiative and project, against tax cuts and for tax hikes, against federal spending cuts and for major increases in spending provided Reagan with a re-election victory unprecedented by an incumbent.

The reason Reagan won election and re-election is simply because he was a true conservative that had no room for communism or socialism. No room to negotiate with the enemy. No desire to compromise on sound policy.

After Reagan came George H.W. Bush. Not a real conservative by any stretch. Due to Bush's lackluster performance, Bill Clinton won in 1992, taking office in Jan of 1993. After serving two terms, George W Bush ran for office. He brought some of the conservative charisma Reagan had. He made many of us think a little bit of Reagan was coming back.

What a SEVERE dissapointment that has been. Handling the tax issue and 9/11 well are his only shining, unblemished spots on his entire record. He expanded the Dept of Education with No Child Left Behind. He allowed tax loopholes that made it cheaper for corporations to outsource technology and other industry sectors overseas leaving many of our own friends and neighbors without work and retraining for new jobs. This lame duck, lackluster Presidency has paved the way for Barack Hussein Obama to become the USA's 44th President. His socialized healthcare and tax system initiatives will leave this country bankrupt. This election, if Obama wins, should serve as an indictment on the Republican Party and its abandonment of the Conservative principals that once served as its beacon, its platform and Reagan's primary agenda.

Maybe, I pray, that after four years of The Obama Administration, the Republican Party will return to its roots and bring back the Reagan Agenda.

Obama and his cronies are trying so hard to get Republicans and certain voters discredited. If you ask a legitimate question, you will be torn apart by the Democratic candidate for dictator. Obama, the Democratic candidate for President of the United States, at this time, has not endorsed or requested a background check or any other action against Joe. It is also worthy to note that Obama, or any of his senior and most trusted advisers has not discouraged such actions either. It is also worthy to note that no leftist liberal that has questioned John McCain or protested at any of his rallies has been subjected to such scrutiny.
It is time that Barack Obama either condemns or stops condoning such underhanded political tactics.

The New York Times
The New York Times has sunk to a new low. An article in the NYT brings up Cindy McCain's miscarriages and other irrelevant issues. The First Lady is a position of honor, not an official position. Whether she battled pain-killer addiction or suffered miscarriages has no bearing on the McCain-Palin Administration. Michelle Obama has not endured scrutiny of this nature whatsoever. The reporter for the Times emailed a friend of one of John and Cindy's 16 year old daughter to seek information.

Obama Sinks to a New Low
The Obama Camp has unleashed a new set of political ads. Within 24 hours of the debate, the Obama Camp released an ad that quoted John McCain in the same debate. The quote was, "I am no President Bush. If you wanted to run against President Bush, you should have ran four years ago." Obama's ad then went on to state that McCain voted with Bush 90% of the time. Fact is, McCain voted with his party only 86% of the time in the last four years. In that same time, Obama voted with his party 98% of the time. He is a partisan politician. He voted against the 2nd Amendment every time a gun bill came to the floor. He voted to raise taxes regardless of the economic group every single time. He voted against every bill concerning the military and defense. He boasts that he voted against Iraq War appropiations every time a new bill came up. He voted to keep abortion so accessible regardless of cause. He voted to keep parental notification out of the law. He doesn't even think that you, as a parent of a teenage daughter, has no right to know your daughter was even pregnant - much less has chosen to have an abortion. He sided with every liberal PAC that keeps parents out of decisions or notification of issues with education. He wants to take away your right to decide whether your child should have sex education in elementary school. He wants to make sure you don't even get notified that an outside 'professional' will come into the school and teach your children certain topics. Leaving the door open for a prostitute to teach your 4th grader sex ed. He thinks he knows better how to spend your money. He wants to take your hard earned money and provide cradle to grave entitlements to people that refuse to work. He wants to keep healthcare fully and wholly accessible to illegal aliens in this country when so many of our own, natural born citizens can't get into a doctors office. Over 40 million Americans have no health insurance. He wants to socialize the healthcare industry and make sure that when you truly need medical help, you will get a nice long line to stand in for hours on end. He wants to make sure that when you need critical diagnostic procedures, you will wait 6 months or more, possibly threatening your life.

This man is related to the Prime Minister of Kenya. A man that killed ruthlessly to get into power. He was imprisoned multiple times due to his murderous ways. Sounds a lot like Hitler and Hussien. Is this a guy you really want to be President and disarm you?

Get educated on the candidates. This really is an extremely important election.

The 'Joe The Plumber' Conspiracy
So Joe the Plumber's first name isn't Joe. And he has no Plumbers License. And he owes a whopping $1200 in STATE income taxes. The liberal bloggers and politicos are jumping on this like it was a political hot potato. Sadly, I don't care if his middle name is Joseph and he goes by the truncated version. I don't care that he works under his bosses license. Most tradesmen do unless they want to work independently and what's more, I have no interest in his affairs with his home state. It isn't even federal taxes that he owes. No one went to jail for owing $1200 in back taxes. The IRS doesn't even work the issue at such a paltry sum. Fact is, Joe represents a larger cross section of Americans than the Democrats want you to realize. They want you to think Joe is crooked and that Joe is not actually Joe. They want you to ignore Joe or right him off as a bigot or Republican Operative or Spy.

Obama Accuses the Republican Party of a Conspiracy
Barack Obama and Joe Biden have accused the Republican Party of a conspiracy. Obama has sent a letter to the Attorney General, Michael Mukasey, asking him to investigate, or appoint a special prosecuter to investogate whether or not John McCain and Sarah Palin are using the Voter Fraud situation to their advantage. Fact is, in 13 states across the US, ACORN Offices have been raided in connection with registration fraud allegations. The FBI are looking into whether or not the fraudulent registration are isolated incidents or a larger conspiracy. This is rather routine for the FBI when it comes to any criminal or fraudulent dealings that cross state lines. Most Americans are probably wondering why it took them so long to get started considering we are talking about 13 state lines and so many deceased people registering after they died. Ironically, many of them likely would have voted posthumously as well. Obama, the only one making this a political hot potato is you. You should have taught the liberal operatives of ACORN much better when you worked there. You should have taught them not to register Mickey Mouse. Mice can't vote in the USA.

Gas Prices Continue to Drop
Gas prices continue their downward trends. Analysts will tell you it is the economy, the financial markets crash, the cyclic trends or what ever else they can snowball you with. Fact is, the gas prices always tend to dip around election year. The closer to the election, the deeper the drop. Look at the data. We must demand that gas prices do not spike again. There is no need for it. Oil Companies deserve to make a profit. That is the American way. But for them to hide behind EPA regulations, Oil Importation, Speculators and all the other mumbo-jumbo they have been offering you as excuses all the while posting record profits, is nothing short of criminal. I hold that the high gas prices we saw just a few weeks ago when the cheap gas was $4.00 or more per gallon may have been a much larger catalyst for this recession than we all are being told. The Credit and Mortgage Industries have plenty of their own blame, but how many of us were at the point of literally trying to decide which bills had to wait just so we could put gas in the car to get back and forth to work? It was getting as bad as the seniors deciding which meds to not take just to make sure there was a little bit of food on the table.

AIG Comes Under Fire Again
The good folks at AIG has decided to take several post-bailout retreats and vacations. When corporations are asking the American taxpayer to bail them out of their own financial mess, we must require them to no longer fund expensive executive get-aways, we must ask them to send us on them. This is nothing short of a fleecing. I stand by my earlier assessments that the bailouts were not needed and still question their Constitutionality. I wonder why the US Supreme Court has not looked into the matter?
